Crumbl — Restaurant in Victoria

I went around 2130 they had 30 minutes before closing. I placed an order for a four pack and a single cookie. One of the workers asked me if I needed anything right as I was calling someone and I said no because I already placed my order and I was at the side waiting for it. Two customers who came after me got their orders before me and I thought it was strange. Maybe they needed more time to make my order….well 10 minutes pass and the workers are just talking and cleaning which I understand because the store was closing at 2200. I overhear them say What is she waiting on? Did she order anything? So I asked a girl who was mopping how long my order will take…she tells the guy who asked me earlier if I needed anything that I had an order and I didn’t get it yet. The guy tells me Well I asked you earlier if you had an order and you said no…but it’s hard to hear in here.The girl who took the order should’ve realized that I’ve been waiting for my order this whole time. Please be more attentive to your customers. I know it’s closing time, but if my order was ready for 10 minutes y’all should’ve noticed it was odd that an order was just...

So I went to get cookies and as I walked in I wasn't greeted I was basically ignored! I waited a couple of minutes and no acknowledgement. I put my order. Noticed a lady walk in no one greeted her either. When my cookies were ready I talked to the girl (she was very polite and understood how i felt)who gave me the cookies I asked who the manager was and come to find out it was the person that ignored me! So while I was talking to the employee a lady and child come in, and real quick the manage greets them. So I'm like I guess I was no one? I was ignored! This was Friday February 2 in the afternoon. NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!...
