stopped by here through the drive through, Haley took our order and our credit card then disappeared for over 20 min. had to track down my credit card and could not get a receipt. waited 20 more minutes to only have another attendant say our credit card did not go through. this time received a receipt. Once home we had a bad feeling about our experience with the employee taking off with our credit card. checked our card and sure enough fraudulent charges on our card. immediately contacted the establishment, spoke with a manager who eventually found we were charged for other people's orders. was told it would be fixed and that he had contacted his manager blah blah. we never received a call nor did they fix the mistake. contacted our credit card co. filed against them for fraudulent charges, filed a complaint with the BBB, contacted victoria detectives about the theft of our credit card and am awaiting information on if we can file charges. Any establishment that condones employees stealing credit cards is a bad place. Whataburger should be ashamed, the employee should have been fired immediately as well as the manager. Read moreWe are never and I mean never coming back to this Whataburger again. Terrible service. We only ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries and we didn’t get our order for at least 25 minutes. They could not get it together. The employees could clearly see that not only we were waiting but other people as well but kept talking about their personal lives. They need to train their people so much better. A 7 year old could do much better than that. We are not impressed at all; we are so disgusted. The floors were sticky all over; the bathroom floors were covered in water, it had a funky smell and smeared poop outside of the bathroom on the floor and inside of the bathroom on the floor. So disgusting I don’t even know how they are still open for business. Our food wasn’t even that good either. The one burger was dry and had pickles and we said no veggies. We asked for cheese and we didn’t get any and had to pay extra for it. We asked for a normal burger no veggies, cheese and ketchup only but there was BBQ sauce on it. Read moreWent inside, ordered. They asked name for order, I say it then spell it. About 30 seconds later Haley ask the name for the order again. I then say it and spell it again. Pay for the food no receipt, no thank you or anything. actually I as the customer was the only one to say “thank you” at all as I’m waiting on my food. a manager walks by and ask name for order I tell her my name she walks over as the bag was on the counter sitting there unattended. She asked Haley to put some fries in it. They hand me by bag, again IM THE ONLY ONE SAYING THANK YOU ?! Then I get in my truck to eat and no cheese and she specifically asked if I wanted cheese and I said yes so I had to walk back in to get it. Again they hand me my food and IM THE ONLY ONE SAYING THANK YOU ?! No “sorry we messed your order up” no nothing. The manager then proceeds to get on the drive thru like as if they were to blame ? I was a walk in. WHEN DID THE COMPANY THAT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY STOP SAYING THANK YOU. Do better.
