I’ve been here twice now and had the same bad experience with the girl at the drive thru window. The Pony tail, glasses, and patches on her chin girl ignored me and had her back facing me. The first time I went I just ordered a cherry limeade and she ignored me for 5 minutes because she was stocking the straws and that was more important than the customer. She took so long to acknowledge me that I honked and even then she took her sweet time and made a drink for an employee and continued to ignore me. I ended up driving away with nothing because I wasn’t going to pay for rude service. Second time I went I pulled up to the speaker and sat there for about 2 minutes with no acknowledgment. I finally said “hello” and she acknowledges me with an attitude and I place my order and all she says is “pull around “ no please or thank you. I get to the window and she ignores me some more with her back facing me. I guess her conversation with another female employee was very important because I ended up honking and she opens the window and says “yes?” And I say “Hi, I ordered a drink.” And she says “hold on” no sorry, no please, no thank you. She takes my card rings me up and hands me my drink and says nothing. Then I ask her for a my receipt and she still says nothing. The cashier was very rude both times and I didn’t appreciate her attitude. I won’t be coming back to this location. I’m not going to spend my hard earned money money at an establishment that doesn’t value my time or money. The cashier really needs some retraining in manners and customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone. Spend too our money somewhere that values you, because this...
Read moreI had to give this place one star if only to be able to post my review and warn people to stay away from this place.
It was my first venture to Sonic and bar none it was the worst experience and worst meal I have ever had. When you walk in to see a very tiny dining area with dirty floors and unclean tables and a rope guard separating the people ordering from those picking items from the menu it reminds me of a child that has set up a pretend restaurant in a garage. I'm introduced to a dirty illuminated menu on the wall with no lights in it and a walk up dirty sliding glass window you order at, with a girl taking your order that doubles as a car hop, so in between taking walk in orders she's running in and out to the cars at the drive in leaving you to wait until she's free to take your begin our finish taking your order.
The burger was gray, tasteless and completely dry with some yellow off putting kind of mayonnaise and disgusting rancid pickles on it. The fries were unsalted, minut and unappetizing, the chicken poppers were indistinguishable, indigestsble rock hard chunks of breaded chicken meats that along with all my other food came to me cold, even the chocolate shake was melting on me as I carried to my car in 32° weather.
Sonic you have lost my business forever on my initial trip. Personally I have never heard anyone ever comment either way on your establishment and now I know why.
You only ever get one chance to make a first impression.
YOU DIDN'T IMPRESS ME If you enjoy good food, stay away from this place and go...
