Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Maryland

My family was excited to visit this Baskin-Robbins location after its recent renovation, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. The store only had 8 flavors available—hardly the variety you’d expect from a Baskin-Robbins.

Even when I tried to make the most of the limited options, I found that the freezers and blenders were constantly broken, which meant no milkshakes or sundaes. How can a place specializing in ice cream not keep its equipment functional?

Okay let me tell you..... Service is poor... Attitude City. Out of 5 orders 3 were wrong... and the continue to make them wrong 2 times over. I have visited this location often over the past 6 years. Service is good. The staff is courteous and efficient for the most part. I visit now mainly for the "freshpack" ice cream. Some staff actually "weigh" the container! They are just following orders. I like it better when they just packed it "tight". I notice staff is younger and less personable then in the past.
