Let me start off by saying I have a disability. There was a time where I could come into a coffee shop and get my groove on simply by being surrounded by the aroma of the beans and the busyness. But now that is rather difficult and that is due to a current circumstance. So I needed to get a lot of importance business done today and because the Franklin County municipal Court and green quarters LLC along with the available lawyers did not follow the federal housing act regarding evicting disabled people from their homes. This is why I have to come to now such a location to get my work done and to start with. There is no accessible disability parking in the area surrounding this location. Additionally, once I got inside the environment I find now with my disability was too busy for me to be able to concentrate. There was apparently a job interview going on which was a bit triggering because I only found out about my disability because of how I was being treated at work and it was just a bit reminiscent. Also my devices were in need of charging in the location that was available to sit at a black charging all along that wall and that made it very difficult. So now I face a very restricted time crunch trying to turn in some information important for my current career and impacting greatly some financial matters because I've now spent probably a hour to an hour and a half in a location where I was never able to achieve the level of atmosphere required to get what I need to get done as a disabled individual. I usually have great experiences at Starbucks. I have been treating well throughout the country and so this is no fault to the baristas whom I affectionately love forgetting up so dedicatingly and making a cup of coffee for little old me and little old us but just as a disabled person now this entire environment is not one that at this location that was conducive to me getting work done as a...

Plus, they said they're bringing back the milk bar (where you put your own milk and sugar in your coffee) but there's no milk! 🤷🏼♂️
I'm sorry if my order was SLIGHTLY complicated, because I like my sugar melted, but it really isn't that hard! (I just wanted the sugar dissolved in the hot espresso before they added it to the ice and milk.
The first time the cashier didn't bother to convey that request to the barrista - I was watching them make my drink and saw her dump the sugar into the ice cold milk. I asked the cashier "is that my order"? So she dumped it out and looked irritated, and was still irritated when she dumped the sugar into the espresso (and because of her rude attitude she didn't bother to stir, so the sugar was still undissolved on the bottom of the cup).
Who wants to pay $6! for a bad tasting drink with grainy undissolved sugar? Come on, you have to be utterly uncaring about your job, your customers, and the food you're preparing to not realize something is wrong and at LEAST ask the customer if it's OK like that before giving the order out.
Also, the breakfast sandwich was not great either - the English muffin is not toasted like in the photo and neither is the sausage browned as in the product photo. You can a better one for half the price at McDonald's!?!
I have included the photo from the menu to show what I was supposed to get, vs what I actually got 🤔😩
How is this place even still in business?!??

Read moreDriven by this place for years and never bothered to stop in so I’m a long time Lister first time caller on that.
Anyway this place is great looks like it used to be a bank because I think it has a couple drive-through lanes and it’s right on the edge easy to access on sawmill Road provided your North brown.
Now to be fair these guys did mess up on a coffee order but they made up for it by providing a fixed coffee correctly and giving us the other one which we didn’t really want that was messed up.
Anyway this does appear to be your typical Starbucks box chain nice clean environment everything you’ve come to expect. Sadly it does come with the freeloading bomb setting they’re studying for hours with no food or drink insight just taking up space and I say that because you had one of those freeloading but I’m sitting in a six person table taking it up. I think those are called coffeehouse misanthropes aka deadbeats.
Anyway my only suggestion would be to the management round up the deadbeats and get them out if you’re gonna go steady go to the library or at least buy some products and they’ll stay there for hours taking up space from paying customers.
Anyway all in all I give us a double thumbs up and it’s definitely worth...
