I have shopped at this Target since I moved to Vegas and I’ve never experienced the distasteful and honestly humiliating service I received tonight. At approximately 1853 on 01/28/2022, I was self-checking out when I was approached by the guest advocate and immediately, also loudly accused of skip-scanning my items. I am a RedCard user of 3+ years and a weekly shopper at this location so I was honestly taken aback. I offered the guest advocate a chance to take a look at the self-checkout screen, where my items were properly scanned. After realizing fault, the guest advocate didn’t apologize or accept wrongdoing for the inaccurate accusation. Instead, the guest advocate proceeded to question why I was scanning items and placing them in the bagging area and remained in front of the check-out screen, prohibiting me from continuing to check-out. I asked if there was any further issue because I wanted to continue my purchase and didn’t appreciate the interrogating behavior. The guest advocate then moved, but proceeded to remain nearby to watch me scan my RedCard and bag my items. I know this is not the guest service that should be provided to guests because I was a guest advocate at Target myself at one point in time. It was an extremely off-putting and very confrontational experience and it saddened me to encounter something like this at a place I have come to love. I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this location. tldr; Interaction of being loudly and wrongly accused of skip-scanning at self-checkout by guest advocate. The confrontational behavior was unjustified and nothing near the level of guest service this location usually provides.

This target has a Starbucks inside of it. The Starbucks isn’t really clean but it’s a good place to get some coffee or relax after or before shopping. I recommend you get the target credit card because they give you 5% off every purchase, so that is really good for getting discounts. I like this target because all of the staff is really nice, they help you find what you’re looking for, the place is really organized and it is a good place to get items on Clarence. They have a decent return policy, I never had any problems returning my items and make sure you always have your receipt because they need that in order to get your refund back. Walmart is a lot cheaper, but this is the closest place where you’ll get many items at a low price without having to go to the strip.

Horrible customer service, their sale tickets never match what is in the register. Spent over $500 today and they made me feel as though I am trying to steal $10 in gift cards. Believe me I purchased the items necessary to gain those cards. After receiving attitude, made to feel as though I am inferior to the almighty target shift lead. I have never encountered worse customer service. Even at Walmart. I will start taking my business elsewhere. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS WHEN YOU GET HOME! This location has a bad habit of charging you different prices then what is listen in their weekly ad and price tag in store!

I was interested in buying a new iPad mini and I found online a Electronics Trade-in program that Target offers. When I went into this particular store the employee working the electronics section said "We don't do that here" to which I responded "Oh, your website says that you do." I then asked "But do you have iPads in the store" because I couldn't find any and was still interested in purchasing one even if the trade-in program was not an option because of the sale happening right now. The employee told me to check the app for what iPads were in stock but clearly did not want to talk with me and I'm not sure what I did to offend.

I looked up and showed the employee on my phone where I found the Target website that describes the program and "Asked if they had heard of the program or if there was a way to look something up in the computer to possibly find out more about it". They gave no regard to my question and essentially cut me off and said "Would you like to talk to Guest Services?" And I said "Yes, sure, but I don't know why you're treating me like I'm crazy" and made my way to another part of the store.

On my way to Guest Services I stopped to look at some other things in the men's department that I was interested in purchasing. While I was there, this employee walked nearby (although I don't think they knew I was there) and radioed Guest Services letting them know I was on the way and that I had "made a big issue" about the trade-in program!? I was genuinely confused and decided not to buy anything in the men's department or the iPad mini that I was still planning to purchase from this Target location. Regardless, I made my way over to Guest Services and one of the Team Leads named Eric very politely told me that this location doesn't do the trade-in program but gave me the address of 3 other stores that did.

I'm not faulting this employee for not knowing about the program as it is not something that exists at their store and I don't want to share their name or identifying details because this problem is not a big enough deal to have them reported or something. But the way this employee treated me made me totally feel like I couldn't ask more questions about anything and that I was somehow intruding just being present in the store. I am very discouraged from shopping at this particular Target which is unfortunate because it is the closest to my store.

I hope this experience doesn't reflect more of the store itself and that it was just an off day for the employee but it was very jarring for me as I have shopped at this Target...

The carts are loud and annoying, so I grabbed a hand basket which limited what I could carry. Health and Beauty are all locked up, probably because of theft, I assume. I waited on an aisle for about five minutes after using the service alert. Nobody came. So I stepped out of the aisle and flagged down a male employee who apologized for the wait and told me the service alert didn't notify employees.

Nevertheless, he apologized for the inconvenience. I selected my item and walked a few aisles over. That item was also locked in a cabinet, so again, I used the service alert on that aisle, but nobody came. Another male was also waiting, so after looking around and down the central walkway, I noticed employees going elsewhere. I waved to get someone's attention, but nothing.

Meanwhile, I can see a female wearing a red sweater and dark hair further down, near a shelf in the middle of the central aisle. She looked at me and turned away to continue whatever she was doing. I figured she was a customer until I noticed her with what appeared to be store equipment. I yelled, ā€œhello, can we get some help?ā€ while waving my arms. That same female looked at me as if annoyed and slowly began walking toward me—the other guy who was also waiting left the aisle.

When this female employee arrived, I told her,ā€ sorry for yelling towards you, I've been in this area (health and beauty) for a while already, and the service alert doesn't seem to be working. Before I could finish my previous sentence, she responded with a snarky comment,ā€ You just got over here.ā€ I told her I'd been in this area for a while at the other cabinet. She opened the cabinet; I grabbed my item and quickly walked away before receiving any more of her unnecessary attitude. This is way too much waiting and bad service for a few toiletries.

The carts and cabinets were annoying, but it's the added insult of having to deal with this employee that did it for me. There's no need to pay Target prices for...

I feel so offended and disrespected by this Target! I go to this Target very often and my husband, my 7month old son and I are consistent customers because I live close by. On December 30th, 2020 we went to Target to spend quite a bit of money and were treated so badly! They stopped us in the middle of ringing up our item to suspend our transaction and took us to customer service. Then they said they would have to bring up the whole transaction again because customer service doesn't do suspended transactions. We had a lot of items and it took long enough ringing them up the first time so we asked them if they could just take us to another register the can do a suspended transaction and they refused. So they begin to ring the items up all over. I'm already feeling upset about this happening, when one of the sales associates is continuously stating very rude things and clearly stating that they are accusing us of stealing. Which I absolutely was not. We spent about $900.00 at target that day and what should have been a nice day shopping with fam turned into a humiliating nightmare. I was so upset when they finish our transaction I felt owed an apology for accusing our family of being criminals, wasting about 40mins of unnecessary time, discrimination, the humiliation and the rude insults directed towards us. They then just ignored us never accepting that they were completely out of line the way they treated us and discriminated us. I understand they probably have issues with theft there but they need to not just accuse everyone who is making large purchases and definitely not ever insult customers!! They could have just stayed that for their assurance they needed to do the transaction their way just to be safe because of the high volume of theft at that store! I would have understood. And they definitely should have apologised about their wrong judgement, their insulting comments, wasting our time, and degrading...
