Two stars ONLY because I was able to walk in and sit right down in the chair without having to wait at all. As far as my haircut goes, I'm beyond disappointed. The first hing I said to the lady was that I wanted a high and tight fade, zero on the bottom, blended to a #3 on top and to scissor blend in the bangs. The only thing that she listened to was the zero on the bottom. I'm left with the worst "fade" I've had in a long time. There is no fade actually, it goes from the zero to a #5 (?) on top. Half looks like a mushroom almost and not to mention that she buzzed straight through the bangs, didn't touch a pair of scissors once. I'm pretty sure the instructions on what I was after were clear and simple as could be (seeing as I've had the same haircut for over 20 years now). And by the way, I walked in the door 2 hours before they close. I'm Soooo not happy about this, can you tell?... If you want someone to basically do the opposite of what you asked for , come here. And yes, regardless of all of this, I still even left the lady a tip for the worst haircut I've had in at least a decade. Chic didn't even touch up like you're supposed to. Still have long hairs behind my ears and no line up work done, anywhere. I'm worried about going back to get it fixed tomorrow morning. I feel like that may be an even worse decision then choosing Sams in the first place. And I'm sure there are talented artist there because I seen ppl walk out with much better work done. I don't get it, this is absolutely beyond acceptable......

Got a haircut here and whole time it’s like she didn’t want to touch me at all, at the end of the haircut she didn’t properly brush me off or make sure I was at least clean of hair. I even tipped her 5 bucks at the end to thank her for her service cause I was kind of sweaty. (Which she could have asked to wash before hand but didn’t) Granted from how it looked at first it was fine but it was when I really start to look is when I saw my uneven sideburns and how it doesn’t really blend well with my head shape. Definite 1/10 and I’ll be going to Supercuts from now on. For anyone wondering who it is don’t know the name but she’s about 5’5 chunky white girl with glasses and black hair and a nose piercing. I have been getting my haircuts from TT for almost 4 years now and I will continue to do so as long as she is in Vegas! She is professional, courteous, and treats EVERY person she encounters with respect and kind consideration. I have long hair and I come to get a trim every 3 months. She uses a straight razor every time so that it is perfectly even and straight. If I saw a situation arise in the store, being the owner she would handle it very professionally and respectfully. I would not get my haircut...
