FASTSIGNS of Las Vegas, NV - East — Local services in Paradise

While in Vegas for a five day business conference, we were put into teams and tasked with creating a business together to serve the other attendees. At the end of the conference one would be recognized as the best. I have a competitive streak and in order to be the best knew we would need to stand out... but it would be difficult to execute our vision in a short amount of time while attending lectures from 7am-9pm or later.

I emailed Fastsigns our newly created logo and the specs of what i needed at 2:30am and the four large signs (one was a retractable, two were 4'x4' on coroplast, and one was 6' on canvas) were delivered to our hotel via courier by 3:49pm.

Miriam was incredibly helpful, and eager to help us find a way to make it happen rather than tell me it couldn't be done. As a business owner who emphasizes superior customer service, it is always a pleasure to work with another business that does as well. If they go above and beyond for someone they know is only in town for a few days, they will surely treat every customer like they are their only customer. Thank you Fastsigns for your service...

Well we never had to leave negative comment for a business before but there's always a first. Unfortunately when you can't even make it past one phone call with the woman Jenna at this establishment, there must be something highly wrong. I have never talked to someone who is so rude and condescending. Has no idea what materials are and I can hear her talking when she is asking about it, to I guess a coworker, while talking NEGATIVELY ABOUT ME (cursing). I then get a reply from her that what I want is wrong and that she only knows of this kind of material. I've dealt with sign shops before for our company and never have I had someone like this. I wish I could of had a recording. Completely out of line!

Well I am happy to say after her hanging up on me I was able to order the $22,631 prints and signs we needed for our business. I guess this Vegas location likes to pass up business to out of towners. Shame to after reading some of...

What is not to like about your company. I like the service, the professionalism and I love the designer. The three signs that were produced by your company were absolutely wonderful and totally exceeded my expectations. I knew what I wanted in the back of my mind and spent hours on PowerPoint trying to get the right look for the signs, but was unable to create that special look. The designer at the business created beautiful and fun graphics and backgrounds for my signs, giving me the look I longed for them to have. I appreciate all the communication back and forth between your company and for the proof email showing me the designs for the signs before they were printed in case I might have needed to make changes at the last minute.
