Somewhere Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered from Somewhere Sports Bar and Grill on Doordash as they had a pretty high rating (4.7 out of 5). I'm from out of town and looking to support small businesses during my vacation. After 26 minutes, I received a notification from Doordash that my order had been canceled because the store was unable to fulfill my order. Mind you, my order had already been confirmed and a driver assigned. I called the restaurant to see what the reason was. They told me that they didn't have Doordash and that someone was trying to accept orders for them fraudulently. If this is the case, I'm not sure how you're listed on the Doordash app as a DashPass restaurant with free delivery. The lady on the phone then told me they only have Uber Eats. I thanked her and hung up. I placed the same order on Uber Eats. It was confirmed and delivered in a timely manner. However, none of the special instructions were followed. I ordered the chicken quesadillas with no Pico de Gallo on them, as my fiancée is allergic to onions and peppers. I ordered my honey mustard chicken sandwich without lettuce and tomato. Not only were these instructions not followed, these items were not added to the side to be added on by us or disregarded. The Pico was already on the quesadillas, rendering them inedible for my fiancée. We're highly disappointed with the outcome of our dinner...

I came to this place twice in a day and had 3 Tito's and cranberries the first visit with no problem. The second time, I noticed mold/mildew floating in my drinks. As someone who has worked in a bar/restaurant for years, I could tell it was from a mixer gun that wasn't cleaned properly. The first time the bartender was nice about it, but the second time, the bartender was so rude about it (Gina?), accusing me of wasting product when all I wanted was to not drink mold/mildew. I was willing to switch drinks until she was so rude to me. Then I saw one of the cooks vaping in the food prep area not once, but twice. The waitress we asked about it said it was "up to the owner" when it's 100% unsanitary and illegal to vape in a food prep area (not only do I know from experience, but it's easy to find with a quick Google search). It's not hard to not vape in food prep areas, nor is it hard to properly clean a mixer gun and not have a disgusting attitude towards customers simply pointing out a problem. How this place is in business, I will never understand. A surprise health inspector visit would be a great thing...

We just went to Somewhere Sports Bar and Grill in winter haven with two small children to grab a quick meal after baseball before heading home. It was 645 walking in to get a table. There were tables reserved for 6pm that no one was sitting at when we arrived at 645. 45 minutes after their reservation time. Every single table in the restaurant was marked reserved. We said hey it said 6 can we grab the table order and bail since no one has showed up for the reserved table. We were told not a single one of their tables are available and had to leave to go find somewhere else to eat with two crying children. Let me add there were multiple available tables inside and outside. It’s not just like there was one reserved table. Multiple were empty. Also instead of a staff member saying hey I’m sorry this is going on tonight next time I would recommend this or if you want to wait five minutes I can give you one of these tables. They just turned around and ignored us...
