I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE WRITEN A REVIEW BUT I COULDN'T BE MORE UPSET AT THIS SERVICE I HAD TO SHARE. I am currently a returning missionary from Nicaragua with not a lot of money at the moment thought I would treat myself to a fried rice bowl and teriyaki chicken from panda tonight well assuming they know what they are doing I drive back to the other end of town to get home and see they gave me noodles with orange chicken (which I don't like either of those) other wise I would suck it up and eat it. I kept the bowl of food to take back tomorrow and show them but thankfully I Got called to work this evening at that end of town and went back to panda a couple hours after getting the food. So I went in told them what happened the workers seemed more then sorry and wanted to help when the manager got involved he asked for a receipt I told him the lady at the drive in never gave me one so he then said THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU THEN. I'm sorry your workers gave me the wrong food and no receipt I have brought in the food untouched showing you what you guys did wrong and there is nothing you can do for me? HE SAID YUP. So in sharing all of this... Make sure to check your food before you leave the facility to make sure you actually have the correct order. DON'T ASSUME THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A RECEIPT otherwise they won't do anything for you.
(So there's $6.70 down the drain and a Panda Express I will never go back to)

Read moreThis place is HORRENDOUS. Never. EVER. Go here. Everything in Woodland closes early and it was late so I decided Panda was the best option. I drive all the way over there, the OPEN sign is on and everything (it's about 10:08, they close at 10:30). I pull into the drivethru and begin to give my order to a nice girl before this OTHER girl rudely interrupts and says "UHHH we're closed." So I look at the clock, it's 10:10 at this point, and I respond with "no, you're open until 10:30, it says so online." "Oh, well, we're open till 10 on weekdays." I was so over her attitude at this point that I began to drive away, mumbling my thanks before I hear her be like "oh... Well I mean, I guess we COULD..." I didn't even let her finish before driving off. She was SO rude and I wish I would've seen the actual hours so I could've fought it more with her. I know they were just saying it to close early, and because of it it has REALLY made me rethink eating at Panda again. Which sucks, because I've been a customer since I can remember. Read moreI just went to panda express this location and the lady put me on hold at the microphone outside. I had to wait at least a minute then I pulled up to the window. She took the payment immediately then I had to wait another 12 minutes to get my food which the food was already on there Not to wait for. now I’m afraid that she could put something in my food because I was knocking on the window and showing with my hand on the camera. Hey what’s going on? What’s the hold up because usually they open the restaurant when the food is already there it’s cooked and it’s ready to serve besides that I canceled the chow mein because she said it’s gonna be a waiting time so I took only rice and the meat, orange chicken and sesame chicken, which already was cooked ready to go. All she had to do is just put in the box and give it to me. It will take two minutes max it took 12 minutes and it was no one in line I saw through the window no one in line to serve or in driveway or drive-through. I was the only one this is disappointing.
