Starbucks — Restaurant in Woodland

The staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ll start by saying I am always very understanding of service industry workers as I worked as one for years. I am always as nice and respectful as possible. After my wife asked them for a bit of extra coffee in her drink, they cut me off in the middle of my order and forced me to finish at the window because they didn’t want to accommodate a simple request for my wife’s drink. On top of that, we could hear the staff in the background talking about us and how difficult we were being when all we did was order our drinks in a nice and respectful way. Disappointed! Came into Starbucks to get a common “Arnold Palmer” cold drink consisting of Black tea and lemonade. I placed my order by starting with Cold, size, and they type of drink with a specific request for 1/3 lemonade, and the rest black tea. No other sweetener as I described my drink order. The heavyset lady behind the counter asked me 3 times about the drink. She did not appear to have any hearing impairments, so I wasn’t sure why she did not get my order correctly and needed me to repeat my order. Well, we arrived about 4:10pm, waiting for Target to open at 5:00pm. The inside was dark and the blinds were pulled down. We sat in the parking lot deciding where to kill the hour. But we had just finished dinner and was looking forward to a Starbucks cup of coffee. Finally someone in our group noticed someone inside. Turns out it was open. We went in and was quickly informed they would be closing at 5:00pm. We raised the blinds and more people started to come in. At 4:45 we were reminded that they would be closing at 5:00. I understand they wanted to go home to Thanksgiving, but they should've split the shift, half a.m. half p.m....
