Read moreThe staff doesn’t care about the people that stay here. They are always taking things away & not improving anything. The bathrooms are not for handicapped people. Shower head so high up a short person cannot reach it. They never changed out shower curtains for the 3 months we were there. Secretary threw away the Capri first aid kit & said they would replace & they never did. She only answers questions with “ I don’t know”. They took away our fresh water source. They are now making the RV side of the park pay a FEE every month for electric even when their trailers are totally disconnected. There is no place to put your soap or shampoo in the shower. A guest bought a hanger & put it in the so called handicapped shower so you don’t have to put your stuff on the floor. For awhile they took out the paper towel dispenser in the club house & told us that we use to many paper towels. Isn’t that a health violation? The mangers & staff have a response of “ we can do whatever we want & take away whatever we want you have no say in it”. The only reason we kept going back to this park is all the people that stay there are so friendly & they have a lot of activities. The park staff doesn’t have any activities, the people that stay there volunteer & do all the activities. I have tried many times to reach out to upper management & you can not get a phone # or a good email to talk to anyone higher up. I would be ashamed to have my staff treat people that way. I would provide pictures of things but this site won’t let me do that. Also in the club house the residents have to provide the fresh drinking water Capri does not...
Read morethis is our 4th year here at Capri. We are not coming back. This park is in a rundown state and instead of really going all out to make ppls stay here a good one the staff is cranky and sour faced spending way too much time citing residents for not parking in the right place in a park that is never more than half full all winter..some jerk by our rv site was plauing loud obnoxious thumpy music all nite long nite after nite. ln 5 months staff finally admitted the guy never rellied to their texts or answered the phone and after our many complaints finally went to the place and told him to pipe down..meanwhile the traffic noise and marine jets and choppers are so obnoxious and the common bathrooms were closed all winter fir renovations because some wisenheimer scheduled the work for peak season and everyone was so pleased about it...not. Staff is always griping at residents to scrape their weeds even as they still haven't cleaned up all the numerous empty sites and they didnt yank the goathead stickers out while they were still green so those little stinkers are everywhere gettin in yer dog's paws...you would think they would be friendly and accommodating like any hotel concierge would be.||Man! all the late night car racing on the streets and morning commutes of so many cars without mufflers revving their little grinder engines to the brink of failure..every day.||oh..and the wind and dirt flying all around is so nice too ...not the park's fault 2b sure but just adds to the gritty experience. For all this and more! they charge way...
