Horrible experience, the front is rude, no smiles or anything. I went in for baseball pants for my son and the circle rack says 14.99 but they charged me 19.99. I brought it to the girls attention and showed her. I guess cause they had a stripe on the side but all those pants with stripes were on the rack that said 14.99. It was basically an Oh well on their part and charged me full price. Clearly that's false advertising and she was very rude about it. I've worked in retail for over 8 years now and that is so not how I would of handled it. Even the guy behind her didn't say one word seeing as I was an upset customer. I'm now looking for everything I bought there and will be returning it. You won't be getting my business...

Upon arrival, a young man with a huge smile, opened the door for my son and I, and as we headed back to the shoes, the same person, who's name is Miguel, went above and beyond to help me find the exact shoes I wanted, and he was SO kind and professional! He spent so much time trying to find my size, and unfortunately we weren't able to track down my 8 1/2 size, but later, as I was checking out, to my surprise, he had found them and set them on the checkout counter for me!!! The front workers were kind, polite, and definitely know they are there to help people. When I was sent to the back for boot laces it took forever to find the young man that works in that department. I had to get his attention multiple times. He was staring off into space. I would have thought it was a medical problem BUT he absolutely REEKED of weed. He couldn’t comprehend my question, “ I am looking for bootlaces. Where would they be?” I, no help from him, found them myself and finished my purchase.
