Edited review: Well... I had issues with Starbucks on the curve after a year of a good relationship, I noticed with new employees that my drinks started to be different on most orders and I spoke up to the shift "manager" who must be new to "managing" because she use to be a barista and was great at that role but when I provided feedback, I was told I can go to other stores. She dismissed me and completely ignored me after that. A skillfully trained manager would have responded, "Ms. Customer, we take your feedback seriously and thank you for being a loyal tenured customer. Let me get your drink right for you. We want you to have a great and consistent experience at Starbucks as it's our customers that have made us a 66 billion dollar corporation. Let's find a working solution for you. " But, nope. That was not the outcome, and when I escalated the situation to senior leadership via email, I got a response. However, when I responded to their response, I never heard back. There are many up and coming coffee shops. I believe Starbucks has forgotten what the customer centric model is all about. I wish nothing but the best for the team at the curve. I hope their experiences shine bright into their life's lessons. There will come a time in their life that they will reflect upon these past few months of experience with me.
Starbucks at the curve...š SLOW DOWN. Starbucks "handcrafted" drinks means they are NOT one size fits all. I have had to have my drink corrected on SIX different occasions over the past 6 weeks. On two of those occasions, I ordered on the app for ease š§and convenience only to have to stay in store while the drink was crafted correctly thus creating a 20 minute wait for my drink to be remade several times. All to be responded to by the employees as if I was inconveniencing themš employeesš without your customer's, you don't have a job. Customers want to feel appreciated, cared for and treated well. Customer's do not want to hate going into your store. ESPECIALLY if the customer spends a car payment every month to buy from your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHave been a Starbucks customer since an assignment in Tacoma, WA, in 1995. Love the company. This morning at 0600 I was the only customer at the Big Curve Shopping Center Starbucks in Yuma, AZ. Several months ago I had a bad experience there (lost my drink order 3 times in 15 minutes) and swore off that shop. Well, the location, design (very light and open), and great chairs lured me back and I have, for the past 6 weeks or so, been a regular there in the afternoons. No more. Learned my lesson. Got all comfy this morning, had my mocha and . . . no internet. It happens. So I asked about it and was told "Oh yeah, our internet service is terrible" . . . and that was it. Everyone just went about their morning routine. I mentioned that I had been coming in regularly for several weeks and had never had this happen before and got . . . a pleasant stare. I asked if maybe they needed to reset the server and got . . . a continued pleasant stare. I closed up, headed to the Pacific Avenue Starbucks and am enjoying a Veranda blend as I type this. When it works well, Starbucks is a community and we are all kinda partners in the experience. I don't expect to be adored, but (as with the 3 strikes drink event) no one really cared to give a damn and figure out what was going on. If they had checked and said . . . "It's down we'll get it fixed," I'd be okay, but "our service is bad" is just a blow off the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI literally am a Starbucks fein but this most recent visit I was trying to do a cute little TikTok trend to order matcha powder on ice so I can mix my Fairlife protein in it and I had explained that. Tell me why these girls try charging me 10 dollars I wish I took a picture because I was absolutely dumbfounded but it gets worse lollll I ask to just be charged a matcha latte but just make it the way I had requested and no lol I ended up just giving up because thatās INSANE. I donāt know if Iām sensitive but they told me that āthey see these little hacksā and āthey arenāt realā how it was said I lowkey took it as I was trying to skimp out of paying money which isnāt the case because I literally drain my paychecks on you guys or did lol. Maybe it is policy but I have worked there and I feel like it never hurts to be nice especially when Iām asking to pay even full amount for a made drink. Moral of the story the bomb baristas a Dutch bros not only made my drink with a smile but asked how much matcha Iād like gave me a big ol cup with plenty of room for my Fairlife protein shake and ON TOP OF THAT didnāt charge me lol go to Dutch save your...
