Our stay at this hotel was, overall, a pleasant experience. The property itself boasts an exotic charm, with a design that feels both inviting and unique. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the premises was evident.Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that included an array of local dishes and traditional sweetsâa perfect way to start the day immersed in the local culture. The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to usâthe heating wasnât functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms. However, when it came to preparing the new roomâspecifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configurationâthe housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel.Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but itâs easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride.In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout.PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and...

Read moreI have mixed feelings about this hotel.
The good parts:
The hotel is absolutely beautiful Oyimjon (the lady at the main reception) is very friendly and helpful. The location (although not in the centre of the old town) is only a 10-minute walk away from the old town
The bad parts:
The hotel is new and therefore just not yet 100% ready to welcome guests. Most of the staff (except for some of the reception staff) speaks only very limited English, which is an issue when you have problems with something. Our shower was leaking. So everytime we took a shower the bathroom was flooded. They have a very nice outside area on the ground floor, but the bar there is still closed. We tried eating at the rooftop Restaurant, but the menu is very limited and both of the times we tried eating there, they didn't have what we ordered. While the staff is mostly very friendly, some people were also fairly unfriendly and seemed to lack proper customer service training.(Especially those that seem to be "in charge". ) The minibar is empty (doesn't bother me, but might bother other people) The first morning at breakfast around 9am, they suddenly turned up the volume of the music and played VERY loud party music (seriously??).
CONCLUSION:.
At the moment (April 2023) the hotel is just not worth the money that we paid, to be honest. I hope they fix some issues and give proper training to staff, because for the moment it looks like a group of interns taking care...
