We have ended up in this hotel because another hotel cancelled our accommodation and instead placed us here. At first glance, this is a hotel for tour groups, but it is actually a family run hotel where we got so much personal attention and can highly recommend it. We were even invited by the owners for a special family event.||||Hotel is new, very clean, rooms are spacious. Location perfect, just outside the old city walls (northern side). ||The staff (three receptionist) speak excellent English, are extremely kind, professional, helpful, ready to provide you with information and services at any time. ||||And the highlight for me was the fantastic food by the owner's wife Yulduz who is an excellent cook. There are two nice cafe/restaurants service good Shashlik right beside the hotel. The hotel is relatively new, is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The decor is bit dazzling - but so are a lot of hotels in Uzbekistan! The beds are a little hard, again, not unusual in Uzbekistan. Staff were helpful with anything we needed, including arranging a taxi to Urgench airport. The breakfast wasn't great, very limited choice for a hotel of its size. Wifi was good...
