Khang Phú Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Never come back again ! Here is our story that i will tell to you all to get a way from this hotel : We trusted a taxi driver, who introduced us this Khang Phu hotel. The rooms here are much older than the pictures they showed us! We were shock just after came up to the room. I think it’s not worth to pay 450k vnd for a small, dirty and smelly-old room. In Da nang, you can have many better options! After checked in and went to the room we feel very uncomfortable so we wanted to check out immediately (after about 1-2 hour) and we were happy to pay! However, the man who is the hotel assistant wanted to charge us 250k ( for 1-2h we stayed). We were happy to pay ! But again, when we just got on the taxi, he came out and asked us to pay full price of 450k instead 250k for our few hours staying on a dirty and smelly room 🤣🤣!! (My friend could not breath after staying awhile in that room, thus we had to move out even I must pay for that room but i think the hotel owner does not know how to operate a hotel is ! Of course we paid full for them as there request. But we felt that it was just like a cheating as we go to DN many times, but this were the 1st time we faced...

Our original room had a bathroom door that wouldn’t close because there was no latch. When we asked to replace the room they wanted to offer a small two bedroom for 3 full grown men. They finally gave us a 4 bedroom after a bit of complaint. Still, the place was incredibly filthy. There was garbage in every part of the room, under the beds and in the corridors. There was so much trash and old fruit under the bed. The shower wouldn’t reach a warm enough temperature and they didn’t provide and soap. I’m not picky but for the price of this hotel compared to those available nearby, you can definitely find better quality...

I chose this hotel with a triple bed. I arrived there and I got a triple bed with: no-connection phone, no-sound television, no-remote air conditioner, not-cleaned floor. My son almost got flu.
