It’s small, but has such a unique and warm atmosphere. The location is just a little off the main road — very nice and peaceful! It’s quiet, though you may hear the neighborhood roosters crowing in the morning. We’ve gotten used to it, and honestly, it’s still much better than traffic noise.||One lovely detail is the little fish pond right by the sidewalk as you approach the front door — such a charming and relaxing welcome.||Just a one-minute walk brings you to the white sand beach, where the morning breeze, fresh air, sunrise, and the gentle mist of seawater with dew on your face make you feel like you’re walking on the sky.||The staff are excellent — always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. Even if you ask for something not on the list, they will do their best to make it happen, thoughtfully and beyond expectations. Many of the young staff are college students fluent in English, and they communicate with confidence, making everything easy and professional.||Breakfast is served at 7:00, simple but just enough — not a buffet with a hundred items like chain hotels, but always fresh, tasty, and filling. If you’d like something special, the chef will happily prepare it for you, treating you like family. At first, the personal approach felt a bit unusual, but we quickly grew to love the warm relationship between staff and guests. The food is always prepared with care and love, and if you’re a little late, it doesn’t matter.||The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping is available upon request at any time, and you’ll also find utensils and cookware if you’d like to prepare your own meal. Every day, a small care package is provided with bottled water, fresh towels, and toilet paper — such a thoughtful touch! Soft drinks, beer, and water are also available at very reasonable prices in a cool and roomy refrig. in the room provided from the hotel.||The pool is clean and well maintained. Of course, sometimes a leaf floats by, but everything is cleaned regularly. I had the pleasure of staying at K-House for 2 months, it was an absolute amazing enjoyable and always comfortable experience. The entire staff from the ladies in reception, to the breakfast girls and the cleaning staff are all so helpful friendly fun and catered to my every need, no request was too great, as well as going above and beyond their usual normal jobs they provided me with exceptional service and all with smiles, a very professional and highly commendable group of very hospitable people which made me love my stay there. Ming too must get a special mention for always attending to things in such a delightful and elegant manner. I can only see this place going from strength to strength and to become one of Da Nang's most sought after premium boutique hotels because of its family like atmosphere, its proximity to the beach, its neatly and nicely tucked away position to avoid the noise of main road traffic it's a very quiet location and of course the rooms are abundantly clean sparkling whites fresh towels linen and water provided everyday, also big size rooms fully fitted, in room facilities containing everything in good working order, amenities are great, I have stayed in over 50 hotels, apartments and accommodations around the world and this one is perfect it rates among the best also it's good value for money ... I would stay here again anytime and I highly recommend it as your first choice option, I see it doing exceptionally well... it is one of the most enjoyable places you can stay, thank you K-House for all that you are and all that...
