GAINN - BBQ Hàn Quốc — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

I walked by this place and decided to give it a go on my first night in Da Nang.

I ordered the spicy cold noodles and a bottle of peach soju.

To be honest, I was quite surprised with the quality of the Korean food and having spent some time in Korea I found it to be quite similar.

Upon ordering, several side dishes came out and they didn't disappoint. I wouldn't say they tasted very original, yet I enjoyed trying them.

The cold noodles were indeed spicy and I truly enjoyed that! The noodles were chewy and perfectly cooked. The broth was flavourful and the amount of paste was perfect for the dish.

The soju was served very cold and you get a small bottle of water with your order once you sit down.

The restaurant looks beautiful, the staff is very attentive and quick in service. I enjoyed my meal here and would recommend...

Great restaurant, one of the best in Da Nang. The staff was very friendly and the AC worked as well (complimenting the heat coming from the grill). It was our first time trying KBBQ, and the waitress assigned to us was kind to explain how it works, and even recommended several meats to try (not the most expensive ones). Even informed us about the portions, saying it may be too expensive. She spoke English very well. We had several allergies, and she kindly replaced the banchan we couldn’t have (such as switching the kimchi to vegetarian one because of fish sauce). She also refilled them, if requested. Nice atmosphere, authentic and filled with Koreans. Would only recommend. We had a very good time. Food was very tasteful and fresh....

It's a pity that I have to give a 2-star rating to this place. The food was nice but the service was BAD.

The string of bad service started with a broken toilet door. The toilet door was broken without any warning signs on it. During my 3-minute to the toilet, not 1 but 2 people barged in. The first to barge in was a staff member of the restaurant, who after barging in made no efforts whatsoever to ensure that no one open the door while I was in there. So, the second person, a customer, barged in the toilet when I was there. It was horrifying.
