My recent stay at this hotel was transformed from a challenging situation into a heartwarming experience, all thanks to the outstanding care and dedication of Trang, one of the receptionists. Her professionalism, empathy, and willingness to go above and beyond left an unforgettable impression.

During my stay, I unfortunately suffered an injury, and Trang immediately sprang into action. Not only did she calmly assess the situation and provide first aid, but when she realized the first aid kit lacked sterilizer, she personally rushed to a nearby pharmacy to purchase supplies. She then gently cleaned and dressed my wound, ensuring I felt safe and cared for.

What truly set Trang apart, however, was her compassion and emotional support. She stayed by my side throughout the process, offering reassurance, kindness, and even checking in on me later to ensure I was recovering well. Her ability to balance practical help with genuine empathy turned a stressful moment into one where I felt deeply valued as a guest.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in a 2-bedroomed apartment. It has a great location with lots of terrific restaurants all within a stone's throw. The beds were comfortable and the apartment itself is spotless and cleaned daily. The air conditioning works well. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the pool every day - it is small but we nearly always had it to ourselves. It is a very short walk to the fabulous beach nearby. ||The apartment is well equipped - we used the washing machine while we were there (washing liquid was provided). There was also a very convenient water filter/dispenser so we could fill our bottles before we went out. The wifi worked seamlessly and the location was excellent for taxi pickups. ||Just a couple of points to note. The entrance is up seven or eight quite steep steps, which would be a disadvantage if you are traveling with a baby or if you have any mobility issues. The layout of the apartment isn't brilliant and the couch very uncomfortable. There is limited storage space in the bedrooms. The layout of the bathroom is odd, with a very large bath that drains into the floor of the adjacent shower. When you use the shower the water goes everywhere! As there is only one bathroom the apartment is probably better suited for families like us rather than a group of friends. You are booking an apartment in a busy city area so if street noise bothers you - it didn't bother us - then you should go elsewhere. Finally a couple of chairs for the balcony and a couple of glasses for drinks would have been welcome.||Overall the apartment is clean, relatively comfortable and has a great location. We stayed both at their two sites, Danang 1 mo, and AnThuong 2 mo. We liked both. Loved that we are in the middle of so many restaurants and cafes in the tourist An Thuong area. Serviced is great. House keeping everyday if you wanna but we opt for weekly, giving housekeeper some relief. Leave trash out side your door, need extra anything is just a text and they will respond quickly. Water filter machine keep us free from fear of bad water and we use it to brush, cook and drink. Kitchen is functional for when you're lazy to go out or you're sick and just want some ramen because you're controlling the food you cook. Need a microwave tho, there's none, I'm sure there's some reason behind that decision. There's some noise from the street, an occasional karaoke late but end roughly 10pm, loud guests in the hall but these are just like farts, it happens. Washing machine, dry rack on balcony, if it rain you can bring it inside, dry in a day. We keep the air on, helps with humidity. One large window/door to the balcony so there's no cross wind so air must be on, we stayed in studio. Bed is king size, very comfortable. Can't lounge on the sofa and watch TV for extended period no backrest, guess it meant for you to lounge at the beach.
