Needless to talk about the cleanliness and facilities since I knew it's cheap and I got what I paid for.
The worse part came from the guy (seems the owner's relatives)!
I must to go to the bus station at 2am to pick up my sister at the first night of my 3 night booking. I found out the hotel closed and no staffs sleeping at the reception either.
It took me around 10mins in the dark to find out a girl (the cleaner) sleeping at the basement. Unluckily, she didn't have the door key and had no clue how to open the door.
After some talks, she gave me the owner's number. I called the owner and the owner called the guy (mentioned above) who sleeping upstairs to come down.
He showed his anger attitude forward me since I woke him up at 2am. He even shouted at me so that I had to video him as a way to cool him down a bit (I still skeep the video clip).

I wondered what happened if there were a fire or some accidents while the the hotel door closed and took around 30mins to find the key?
Considering my safety and avoiding the guy aggressive attitude, I had to checkout just after the first day (2 rooms - 3 day...

There is a small fridge without a freezer unit, a kettle, flat screen TV and more channels than I have ever seen. The elevator is a thing of wonder (photo attached) . Hot water at shower and basin. The cleaning staff can inexpensively take care of your laundry but ironing is not on the menu.|The hotel has a multitude of restaurants within a short stroll (the nearest is outside the front door, another across the road) and Big C supermarket is 15 minutes or 20k dong away. My thanks to the other reviewers who put me on to this...

The room was lack of amenities, when we made a call to receptionist and request a tea cup, we heard his voice letting his staff ignoring our room. When being given a rate at 6.0 on Agoda, Nguyen Lam tried to find my Instagram and kept threatening me. I couldn't believe such terrible experience...
