I only had 2 days to visit da lat, and having this place as a dinner location is the worst decision ever. It’s hard to communicate in English, there is no clear instructions about the buffet. We asked to see the menu of a la carte first but they insist us on choosing either buffet menu or a la carte without knowing what we can get from the menu. We ended up having a buffet with only 4 choices of meat. If you wanna add something, u have to pay more (even the wet tissue). We don’t even know if we can get a free tea while eating this hotpot as they just left us with an iPad and didn’t provide us clearer instructions (can’t complain much as they don’t really speak English there). Read moreI have ordered the most expensive package for buffet, around 500k VND per person but it does NOT include dessert and drinks. Also wet tissue, we are two but have to pay for 4 wet tissues.
There is the dipping source counter bar but as we didn't pay for dessert and drinks buffet so the staff didn't allow us to take appetizer and kimchi even it's on the same bar. I wasn’t blocking the entrance or causing any disturbance. I was simply standing on the public sidewalk. Yet two staff members, one security guard and what seemed to be a manager, immediately came out and aggressively told me to leave. This is absolutely unacceptable. That sidewalk belongs to the public, not to Manwah. The arrogance and lack of basic decency displayed by the staff show just how poorly this restaurant understands the concept of customer service and community respect. I am appalled by such a narrow-minded and territorial attitude. A business that treats people this way doesn’t deserve community support. Manwah, you...
