Gấu ‘s Cafe - Kem Bơ - Avocado ice cream — Restaurant in Da Lat City

I don’t know why all the reviews here are nice ones while my experience was totally different. I was here once and I swear it would be the last time. The drink were good to be honest. I like the avocado coffee. But the service was too bad. The waiter was nice but the guys standing behind the counter were rude. Extremely rude. They complained about us really loud to the extend that we could hear them from far. The way they complained was not polite at all and there was no respect. They even glanced at us every time we made orders or asked questions. We had no idea what we did wrong, but I couldn’t accept their behaviors and words for any reasons. Yeah, my experience was bad enough for me to come here and rate. I was there because of the good review, and I think I have to add my own review here for others to consider. This 1 star is only for the drinks as they were good....

I’ve been to Gấu’s Café many times and usually stick to their coffee options. But this time, I decided to switch things up and try their avocado ice cream. And it did not disappoint! The creamy texture of the avocado, paired with the smooth, rich ice cream and a hint of crispy coconut flakes on top, made for an unexpectedly delightful treat.

Looking for a quiet place for my wife to do an important online Business meeting while on holiday 😢 Luckily this place ticked all the boxes - so many floors to choose from, lots of different seating styles and for me sadly with very little Vietnamese, a menu in both Vietnamese and English.
