I book this hotel via 3rd party. The hotel has no elevator and they put me on the 3rd floor. The cushion is smaller than the bed and it is just about 1.8m when I am 1.7m, so my feet is touching the cushion border all the time. The border of the cushion is like a metal ring and unfortunately it was broken, it cut my foot. ||There is no amenities in the toilet, except a toothbrush and a small pack of shampoo which very very cheap. The lavabo is dirty and stuck by an used-shampoo package.||In the minibar, there are 2 bottles of water and a can of coke only. The horrible thing is that one of the water bottle is opened and only 2/3 water left.||Lighting in the room is also a problem, not all the light bulbs are working, just some of them.||The floor and wall are crush and it seems they did not do the renovation for years.||In the morning, the roommate clean the room next to my room and make a lot of bad sound, you can not sleep with those noise. ||In the dining area next to the back of house (ground floor), staff plays a kind of very old Vietnamese music and at loud level (I can hear it from the 3rd floor).||Surely I will not come back again and definitely not...

I got no apologies nor any compensation for paying the superior room but had to stay at the standard one.||In the morning I came down at 10:04 and got rejected to serve break fast because they only do breakfast untill 10:00. Well, if I did not have to claim my way down the 4 floors, I might still got there on time. ||They claimed to have iron, kettle, fan, ... but none of these...

The staff should have told me that the water in the room isn't free. I thought a bottle of water is a...
