Read moreI recently dined at this restaurant and I have to say, the food was absolutely amazing! Not only was the food great, but the service was excellent as well. Really loved David and his team, provided us with excellent service! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and attended to my every need.
One of the dishes that really stood out to me was the springroll in three way. This dish introduced both a fresh and fried version of the spring roll, giving me the best of both worlds. The fresh spring roll was filled with crisp vegetables and the fried version had a perfectly crispy exterior. It was the perfect combination of textures and flavors.
I also tried the grilled chicken on bamboo, which was a unique and interesting way to eat chicken. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the bamboo added a smoky flavor to the dish. It was a refreshing change from the usual grilled chicken dish that I am used to.
But the highlight of my meal was definitely the deep fried noodle pillow with stir fried beef. Not only was it presented beautifully, but the combination of the crispy noodle pillow and the tender beef was a match made in heaven. I loved the concept of using the noodle pillow as a base for the stir fried beef, it was a fun and delicious way to eat it.
Overall, I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. The food was great and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend trying the 3 way springroll, grilled chicken on bamboo, and deep fried noodle pillow with stir fried beef. You won't be...
Read moreThe food is great but service leaves much to be desired. The tables were mostly occupied by Caucasians and it’s only ours and another table Asians. One of the staff (I suppose team lead) skipped our tables and made small chats with the rest, asking how’s their meal and scanning this QR code to rate the restaurant’s service, as it would help team 1. He brought us our pancake rolls and walked away (yes, despite his eyes for details with other tables, he didn’t stopped to ask if we knew how to prepare the rolls). His racist behavior was further affirmed when he skipped the Asian couple and treated them invisible, leaving to his colleagues to take the orders. When I called for my bill, he brought it over and walked away instantaneously. I had to wave to another staff to get me the change. My suggestion to this person: if you would like to wait on selected ethnic groups, please make it clear to the customers so that we know your preferences.
On a better note, Win had kindly guided us in wrapping our first Vietnamese pancake roll. It was a good experience and I would like to compliment his efforts once again! The food at Met restaurant is good, go to other branches and I am sure that the service is...
