The Met Restaurant: A Delightful Dining Experience My recent visit to the Met Restaurant was an absolute delight from start to finish. The food was exquisite, with each dish showcasing the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The flavors were perfectly balanced, making every bite a true culinary revelation. Beyond the exceptional cuisine, I was also impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and hygiene maintained throughout the establishment. The dining area had a warm, inviting ambiance that created the perfect atmosphere for our meal. However, the true standout of our evening was the exceptional service provided by the server, Choco. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made us feel valued and well cared for throughout the entire meal. Choco's thoughtful recommendations and prompt, courteous service truly elevated our experience at the Met. I left the restaurant with a deep sense of satisfaction, grateful for the wonderful dining experience. The Met's commitment to excellence in food, environment, and service is truly commendable, and I look forward to returning in the near future.

came into this restaurant because of high reviews, and definitely wasn't disappointed! Leo was super fluent in English, and was very eager to offer recommendations accordingly to our palettes. and everything that was recommended were honestly super delicious and satisfactory. i really liked that Leo made sure to stop us from ordering more and informed us that we had enough for 2. definitely should check out the catfish, grilled prawns with garlic butter and the morning glory dishes! prawns were really fresh, catfish was perfectly seasoned and the vegetables were really tender. for drinks, you should definitely go for tropical storm; if you enjoy tea, ginger tea with honey is a really great option as it cleanses the palette and is really refreshing! overall, it's a local restaurant I highly recommend if you want to try one of the more famous Vietnamese dishes :)

Really great place with amazing food and friendly helpful staff! Usually you can find great vietnamese food at these kind of run down places and to be honest I wasn't exepecting for the food to be that great since the menu and name of the restaurant were in english and the vietnamese names were written in smaller letters. Yet the food came in rapidly quick, under 5 minutes and the portions and quality were spot on. I have to mention that our waiter, Peter, was super friendly and helpful as he assisted us while ordering and answering all of our questions! He also gave us a few tips on the surroundings of Hanoi and when to visit Train str. It was an overall amazing experienced that was only boosted even more by Peter and his colleagues. Would come here again.

I came here with my hubs and friends and we were really impressed with the service provided by the staffs. It was pouring really heavily and the staffs went above and beyond to serve the customers whilst dealing with wet floors caused by the heavy rain. I will also like to take this chance to praise Huy, who has been so meticulous, patient and courteous to the customers he served. There was a table of difficult ladies who were really rude and demanding but despite it all, he dealt with them with so much class and composure. Salute to him for it is not easy. Lastly, we love the food. They were really delicious! From the appearance to the taste, we have nothing but praises! 100% will recommend this to our friends and family!

Dining at this restaurant has been a memorable experience for my husband and I. The experience is made better especially thanks to the friendly and most hospitable nature of Mr. Peter! He served us graciously and was so helpful in informing us about the Vietnamese authentic tea culture with cake, (which is a slice of heaven btw), he also was v knowledgeable about the Lunar New Year customs and traditions. We have come here during their festive time so it was really nice to know. We will most definitely be looking forward to visiting again thanks to the amazing atmosphere, delicious food and very friendly staff. Peter is awesome!! When another Vietnamese recommends a restaurant, expectation for good food will be high. Met Vietnamese definitely met my expectations and wonderfully. It is always a good sign to see a menu and find difficulty in making a selection due to the fact so many options look inviting. I had the lemon and ginger chicken with beef wraps. Both were great. My hope is to visit again and try the fish and passion fruit. The food was great and our server Lilly was an excellent host. Her English was clear and nearly without any accent. She provided food suggestions and continued to check on our table throughout the night. I definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Hanoi.
