Keypad was a perfect hiding place to explore the Japanese neighbourhood of Hanoi. Clean hotel, friendly neighbourhood, speedy internet. The three ladies and the gent at the reception are welcoming and eager to assist. I am the new member of their fan club. I liked the place so much that I ended up extending my stay. Perfect place if you want to avoid the crowd of the main tourist areas, and still convenient to travel around the city. I will recommend some nearby spots: Ant Cafe, Jazzy Cafe, Astro Bar, and Tan Tan Japanese restaurant.

It's hotel in Japaneae area.　It's located in the girls bar area, so many girls ask you for drink when you come back to hotel... The hotel room is not bad. It's clean enough and kinda large. The price is not so high. Their service is... not stable, not bad. I stayed 4 days, but they have never made a bed. They added water bottles 2 times, and changed the town 1 time. Probably if you ask everyday, then they may do it. Basically I didn't care much, so I may stay again here Lol.

Đây là lần đầu tiên mình ra Hà Nội du lịch mình đã tin tưởng mà book hẳn 7 ngày ở đây, lúc nhận phòng thì mình hơi bất ngờ một chút vì phòng hơi nhỏ so với tưởng tượng điểm cổng: Nhà tắm rộng, gương to, có bàn là hơi nước,tiện nghi đầy đủ cửa sổ to, có netflitx sạch sẽ, decor xinh sắn tân tiến khách sạn có cung cấp như các dịch vụ giặc xấy, thuê xe máy khá thuận tiện các bạn ở quầy lể tân và bác bve nhẹ nhàng, lịch sự, chu đáo và tinh tế

Trong tương lai gần chắc chắn keypad sẽ mở thêm nhiều cơ sở nữa

Lần sau có cơ hội mình sẽ book phòng rộng hơn ở cơ sở...
