we recently stayed at this serviced apartment and discovered its potential. the modern rooms and incredibly comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable. the location, nestled in a quiet alley just outside the center yet close to various restaurants, cafes, and a large park, added to the overall appeal.

however, we encountered a few drawbacks. despite booking a studio room with a balcony, the initial room had a balcony that couldn't be used due to an ac unit blocking the door. fortunately, we were able to switch rooms after the first night and enjoyed a balcony that was accessible. unfortunately, the bathroom was a letdown with its small size, problematic door, intermittent hot water issues, and a consistently wet floor after showering.

in summary, we would recommend this place, but there is certainly room for improvement, particularly concerning the bathroom and balcony...

Pros: Clean, smells pretty good, smart Tv with Netflix, everything functions well. The room is not too spacious but well-designed. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Good location.

Cons: First of all, the wifi is very weak, especially at night, I have to use 4g most of the time.

During my four days stay, they were fixing the shower head so it's very noisy with all the drilling sound. I was tired and wanted to rest, also, I stayed there alone so I felt very uncomfortable with all the repairmen going in and out of my room, talking loudly. I understand renovating is essential but I think they should shut down one day for maintenance instead of bothering customers like that.

Besides, there was a laundry room on the 6th floor but all the machines have towels, bed sheets, and other people's clothes inside so you barely have a chance...

Mình có chuyến du lịch ở Hà Nội và đã lựa chọn ở tại căn hộ 1 tuần nên mình thấy đủ để cảm nhận được sự tiện nghi và thoải mái của dịch vụ tại đây. Trước hết là vị trí, cách trung tâm khoảng 2km, không quá xa, các bạn có thể di chuyển bằng taxi hoặc nếu được thì hãy đi bộ để ngắm đường phố Hà Nội. Buổi tối rất yên tĩnh chứ không bị ồn ào như ở khu phố cổ. Xung quanh có chợ, cửa hàng tiện lợi, các quán ăn uống và có quán cà phê Aha ở ngay đầu ngõ nữa. Căn hộ mới mở nên nội thất và phòng ốc còn khá mới mẻ, phòng giống ảnh, có khu vực bếp để nấu nướng, rất tiện. Mình thấy nhân viên khá thân thiện và dễ mễn, các bạn ý hỗ trợ mình siêu nhiệt tình lun. Tại đây có dịch vụ dọn phòng, tuy nhiên nhân viên sẽ chỉ dọn nếu các bạn yêu cầu hoặc treo biển ở ngoài cửa, nhưng mình thấy ở đây khá là đông khách nên nếu được thì mọi người hãy tự vứt rác ở dưới tầng 1 và bảo nhân viên đưa thêm nước hoặc khăn là oki rồi nha, như thế cũng đỡ vất vả cho các bạn nhân viên. Một điểm cộng nữa là ở đây có phòng giặt miễn phí cho khách, có cả máy giặt và máy sấy nên mình thấy rất phù hợp cho những ai đến đây nghỉ ngơi dài ngày. Nói tóm lại là rất recommend cho mọi người địa chỉ này, chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại.
