Lovely property surrounded by rice paddies. Our family had adjoining rooms which were well equipped with relatively comfortable beds. Pool was lovely. We borrowed bicycles to ride to the beach which was nice - my daughter (10) sat on the back of my husband's bike. Location was great - quiet and pretty just outside of the town proper - in a small cluster of small hotels. The walk in to town was about 20-30 minutes, which we did twice a day - you can take a taxi if you would rather. There are restaurants and cafes close by, but we spent most of our time in the old town. The best place to stay in Hoi An! The location was perfectly secluded, and the walk to and from old town was 10-15 minutes. Such a serene location in the middle of the rice paddies! Very quiet and peaceful at night/morning. We were upgraded upon arrival, and the room had the best view overlooking the fields, a wonderfully large bathroom with a tub, and a comfortable bed (with AC!). The staff were the sweetest, made a delicious breakfast, and accommodated all of our asks.
