From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional quality and the genuine warmth of the entire staff. One of the first things I noticed was the incredible comfort of the bedding. The sheets were exceptionally soft, ensuring a truly restful night's sleep – a detail that often goes unnoticed but made a significant difference. The à la carte breakfast was another highlight. The selection was incredibly comprehensive, with fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. It was a wonderful way to start each day. The hotel's pool was also a standout feature. It was truly spectacular, offering a relaxing and beautiful space to unwind after a day of exploring. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the remarkable hospitality of the staff. Everyone I encountered, from the owners, Miu and Thong, to the staff members like Peanut, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their genuine care and attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest and created a truly memorable experience. The level of service provided by the owners and the entire team is truly commendable. They go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a perfect stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Lavini Hoi An Boutique Villa is a small family ruled hotel, situated in a calm place and surrounded by rice fields. Hotel is brand-new and taken care in every details: rooms are cleaned every day, towels changed every day as well, in the room is everything what might be needed in holidays, matrass and pillows are very comfortable, water and tea in the room are free of charge, swimming pool can be used anytime, the area of the hotel is full of flowers, breakfast is spectacular! The owners and their team are very nice people who give support during all stay. The location is good for those who want to fall asleep in piece and wake up with birds, the Hoi An old town is 20 minutes on foot. Transfer from/to the airport is available and I recommend travelers to use it. The name "Lavini" takes origin from tne names of owners' kids -Lavie and Toni, that's very lovely! Absolutely the best accommodation I have stayed in Vietnam! It feels very homely and are well-equipped with facilities. Notably, they provide free unlimited water refill! Which is very good for travellers especially travellers who stay for long period. The free water refill is super convenient and cost-saving. The owner, Thao, is very genuine and helpful. No upselling of tours unlike some places. Thao helped us to book tickets to Vinwonder Nam Hoi An when we told him we want go which saved us the hassle of buying at the attraction/navigating the website which is in Vietnamese. Room is very spacious, the 2 rooms with connecting door is perfect for families! Even after we checked out, he is still as friendly as before and helped us to book a comfortable 7-seater car at a cheaper rate than Grab and other platforms. The ambience is very peaceful and there is a paddy field in front of the accommodation, is a good getaway from the noise on the roads and streets while still having a good location (Near to the old town).
