Read moreThe worst stay in vietnam. If you're looking for friendly, helpful hospitality do not stay here.
The room didnt have the facilities it promised. We booked bed and breakfast room, and arranged a time for breakfast for 3 days, none of which there was anyone around to do this. One of the days the lady came down after us 2 hours after our arranged breakfast time in her pajamas asking if we were ready for breakfast. We were leaving for a tour so hence the arranged time earlier.
The room itself was a nice size, but no hot water, no toliet paper or other tolietries, no hair dryer, tv didn't work, the sheets were obviously not cleaned with stains and hair. The shower drain was clogged so it would pool within seconds. The jacuzzi doesn't work, and hasn't since they opened in sept 2018 as i later found out.

Also 'i came down and you weren't here' which was an obvious lie because i was waiting there. She also says that bebe the well known tailor is her mother, which is a lie, they just get commission if they call ahead of you going - don't fall for this, you will be charged more...
