Lavila Homestay — Hotel in Hội An

As soon as i arrived in this place, i hardly regreted my choice to book here. If i knew all the factor, i never booked. Thats why i leave a review. There are 3 construction near by this place. Every morning, from 7am, i had to wake up with scary noise from left, right, front side of this building. And there is no elevator and the floor is super slippery. If i turn on the lamp on the stair, they tutend it off. It was big stress to walk bringing the shoes,luggage on slippery stair in the darkeness. (taing shoes is not allowed inside of building) Room itself was clean and have big window, but cannot open the curtain because this building is facing with other building in front. There are no fridge in the room, bathroom is slippery as well. And there are big hole in bathroom, so all kind of big bug ware sitting in the bathroom every morning. Blanket cover's zipper was broken, key holder is super dirty (they give a big key, not a card. We need to bring it in a bag) And one day, a stranger continuosly knocked my room door early in the morning and when i opened the door, that one just look at me and disappered. Luckily it was my last day to stay, but what if i keep staying there? This building doesnt have a door, and no security, and staff always laid down in the room, and there are no phone, no hole to see outside in the room. Anybody could try to enter to steal my stuffs. I was really sad to spend my valuable vacation with the stress like that. Hopely it could be helpful for...

I had an amazing experience at Lavila Homestay! Thûy, the owner, is incredibly kind and goes above and beyond to help her guests. I unfortunately broke my arm before my stay, and she assisted me with so many things, making my time there much easier. Another guest was ill, and she even brought him food. She truly cares about everyone’s well-being.
