The service here is second to none. Tata and her sister T welcome you in with a drink and a sit down where you can then comfortably discuss what it is you're after. They have 'catalogues' to flick through to give an idea of the variety of clothing they're capable of. I have on several occasions shown pictures from my phone and described my requirements, and the garms have come out wonderfully. On multiple occasions ive wanted a certain fabric they didn't have, so we walked around the market and found the perfect one! I have a history in fashion so I know a fair bit regarding appropriate materials/shapes but its great to hash that out with the girls and figure out what would work best. Expect to have atleast 1, sometimes 2 adjustments... This is a tailor people and things aren't always perfect the first time but rest assured that they and you are striving for it to be.

Many of my friends (guys and gals) have used this tailor and left the country wishing they'd purchased more!

Cannot recommend this stall enough for women’s work trousers. I was initially apprehensive as I’m not a fan of the market sales technique of trying to get people in the shop, but I showed them 3 photos of work trousers that I liked an aspect of each.

They blended the aspects that I liked of each trouser I saw online, and made them fit me so well, that as soon as I tried on the first trousers I ordered, I asked them to make another of the same in a different fabric. They were able to complete the second pair in just 4 hours as I had a flight the next day.

The quality of the trousers that I received I would be happy to pay £80 for in the UK, the quality far exceeded any higher end fast fashion like Zara that I would otherwise buy from, they fit me exactly as I imagined. Many thanks...

We had such a good experience at TaTa Tailor!! As soon as we got to Hoi An’s fabric market we noticed that the most ‘viral’ stall was incredibly crowded and the staff not very friendly, so we opted for finding another good one that would also make the experience better. TaTa was amazing!! I got two dresses done and my boyfriend got two linen shirts and everything came out so good and so fast. I also left a pair of trousers that broke during my travels and really needed, since they were the only warm ones I had and we were heading north and the lady was so kind, she said it was a hard job but managed to find a tailor that would do it for me.
