Do not book here especially with host “Gabriel”. He is foreighn who tried to scam us for early check in with 170$ pretending he is not educated to calculate dong and dollar but when I saw him he don’t look like a person who don’t know maths. Location is very good, everything is close. But the apartment itself was very dirty and small , not like at the photos, one room don’t have windows even ! Like a box , the carpet had never been washed , on the bed was insects, flooor was dirty and have nothing in the apartment to clean by ourselves. We have to buy even clean sponge, cause sponge at kitchen was soo dirty, hope they did not wash the toilet with it. We had to buy everything including cooking pods. Hosts are so greedy cause they will try to scam you for early check in and won’t able to buy clean sponge and hire cleaning service or buy even water for customers who arrived...

DON'T STAY HERE. ( Zero star) We were a group of three, booked this stay through Booking.com for 5 nights for the 1st week in HCM, also booked the same hotel for another 4 nights for our last week coming back to HCM. Apparently our experience was soo poor, the check in time was 2:00pm, we were there 10 minutes early. The owner or the manager of Soho was not even there. The Janitor who was sitting in the reception looked at our booking number and said we need to pay 250$ more per night or else we dont have a room there. Contacted the number provided by booking.com, he answered and told us that he ll check the booking and call us back in a minute. Guess what, no calls were returned and his phone was switched off there on forward.

We didn't have any other option but to find another stay.

Dont stay or book here please....
