Filthy Vegan — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Yeah with a name like this - the place is best to be avoided. It does look filthy, so it probably is and a restaurant should be committed to serve clean food to the public in a clean environment - end of story. No, I'll say more: I normally don't care what kind of gimmick is used to attract customers, but this one didn't work for me. I went into the bathroom before I ordered, and it was borderline disgusting. I should have walked out without ordering. The half Mexican, half something unmemorable pizza was edible but mediocre at best. And if they clean the kitchen as well as they clean the bathroom - I'm screwed. I just started on this path moving towards veganism - I'm doing it one day a week. I won't come here again on my journey to a healthy old age. I mean there is a lot on the menu to choose from, but I had the notion it was predominantly processed food. Nothing really fresh. I guess if you want vegan pizza or taco or hamburger etc, you're not gonna get it made with fresh vegetables. Vegan eatery located on the 2nd floor of a shop house. Level 1 belongs to another shop so look out for the signboard above. Serves delicious vegan western styled food at a fair price. The chips, cashew cheese and chocolate ganache in particular are done very well. Fish and Chips - Batter on the fish was spot on, paired with delicious chips with potatoes in every bite. All that's missing is vegan tartar sauce to elevate it even more. My personal favorite. Poutine - Generous amounts of savory gravy paired with cashew cheese on chips. Another favorite Mexican Dog/Meatless meatball burger with cashew cheese/Meatless lover pizza were delicious with generous amount of fillings/toppings Chocolate ganache with orange/ Chocolate ganache with raspberry - Highly impressed with the deep richness of chocolate in the ganache, considering that there is no dairy used. Please check the cake before selling it to guests - how many days has it been in the refrigerator (the dough tastes like food from a common refrigerator).

Please replace the forks or spoons - it’s very old and broken. I paid 100k for a cake, this is a price above average. My expectations were broken. In a premium restaurant, a dish costs twice as much, but your atmosphere is not half as bad. Sorry for such a review, but I would be pleased to eat fresh food and from whole cutlery
