Read moreI have never written a bad review before. But I went to this hotel with a group of 15 and none of us had a good experience. When we arrived, the AC didn’t work in any of our rooms. We spent over an hour talking to hotel staff trying to get the AC fixed, and after about 5 hours it finally turned on in some of the rooms but it never turned on in my room and several others. When I arrived at the hotel, it took about 20 minutes to get my room key because they said it wasn’t clean yet (even though I arrived over an hour after the check-in time). When I finally got the room key, my door was deadbolted and nobody could find the deadbolt key so I waited another 45 minutes while hotel staff tried to body slam the door. Once they got it open, the door couldn’t lock from the inside anymore. Aside from the AC not working, the shower didn’t work, it only dribbled a little bit of water. And then when I tried to request a refund so I could find a new hotel, they also wouldn’t give me one. I ended up changing hotels but I lost a three night booking’s worth of money on the Dyn opera. There are a lot of really good hotels in the area so I recommend just getting a different one. Nothing at the Dyn Opera seems to be functional, the hotel staff isn’t very willing to fix problems, and you can’t get refunds or room swaps if your room...
