Edoya Hotel Dong Khoi — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We had a very unfortunate experience at Edoya that left a really bad taste in our mouths. We tried paying our hotel fee via credit card, but their machine kept glitching out and submitting multiple charges to our CC. They said it did not go through on their end, so we tried with my debit card. First with tap and then by insert. Both these charges went through on my debit card but “did not register” on their machine.

We ended up paying cash as well. Although the charges disappeared on our credit card (over seven), the two charge on my debit card have not. So we essentially paid 3 (three) times for one stay.

I have tried contacting the hotel multiple times to get a refund for these charges, but they were not helpful and now have stopped responding.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone - as you’ll never get...
