Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Very dirty. The bath towels were extremely old, discolored, and worn. No face towel was provided. The kitchen was filthy, with burnt and dirty pots. The rug was ridiculously dirty. The bed covers weren’t put on properly and kept coming off with every movement. The mattress was stained and filthy all over. The tap in the kitchen sink was completely loose and nearly falling off, and even after requesting a fix, nothing was done. The photos on the website were completely misleading—do not trust them. The cot provided for babies was not provided with a mattress.

The master queen bed is very hard, I slept on the couch because of this. I like a very firm mattress, but this was similar to sleeping on the floor.

The spare double bed legs are broken, so the bed is slanted.

The master bathroom toilet has a leak and smells of urine/sewar.

We were woken up twice the first night by hotel staff ringing our doorbell in the middle of the night.

Room 1411 located on level 14 was very unpleasant.

The master bedroom toilet was leaking and therefore has a urine smell which stunk up the whole bedroom.

The second bedroom bed leg was broken and therefore made the bed slanted.

The “cot” was a play pen or a pack n play without a mattress.

The master bedroom bedsheet had red stains, the host did tell us to check the rooms before they left to ensure everything was okay however we checked in at 8 pm so we didn’t see the stains till the next day.
