Don’t wanna waste too many words on this. The whole entire operation system has absolutely failed to deliver a basic service - accommodation and hospitality. Prices up and down frequently, there’s no intention to help customers with conflicts encounter. I don’t even understand why would you run in such a large space of receiving reservation when there’s not even someone to handle enquiries. All they can do is apologise and a promise to forward the issue to the management, which I believe will only be taken into proper consideration in the next 6 business months.

Dear team, be aware with the hospitality industry you’re in - without empathy for customer and a true ‘hospitality’ principle, you deliver nothing.

A totally horrendous experience.

Update: The management team has reached out and offered solution. Even though this doesn’t fully justify the negative encounter happened earlier, I still wanna thank the team for finally stepping up. Hopefully customers after myself won’t have to encounter likewise...

The Phan Van Truong branch offers a fantastic location, providing easy access to amenities and a vibrant neighborhood. However, my month-long stay had its drawbacks. The renovated room lacked soundproofing, making it challenging to maintain privacy. Persistent bathroom drainage issues caused an unpleasant odor, and the unreliable Wi-Fi forced me to rely on my own 4G connection. While the location is a highlight, potential guests should be aware of these shortcomings...

Lokasi hotel strategis dekat dengat ben than market. Hanya lurus saja sudah sampai ben thanh market. Homestay ini berada di dalam sebuah toko bhan mi. Masuk kedalam toko dan kamu akan menemukan tangga .

Pelayanan staff dan owner sangat ramah dan membantu. Apapun yang kamu tanyakan kepadanya akan di jawab sangat cepat. Owner nya sangat membantu kami yang sering bertanya tentang apapun di ho chi minh.

Homestay yang ditawarkan berada dilantai 3. Tidak ada lift, hanya tangga. Siapkan kaki kalian untuk naik dan turun tangga. Ada lift barang, tapi tidak boleh digunakan oleh pemilik gedung makan.

Fasilitas yang diberikan sangat lengkap. Karena kamar homestay sangat luas. Ada kettle air, air mineral, teh dan kopi. Ada hairdryer, setrika dan meja setrika, peralatan mandi, kulkas, ceret air, tv dengan saluran netflix!. Ada jendela juga sehingga membantu untuk menjemur baju. Kamu dapat menghemat budget laundry haha.

Catatan: kamu harus memastikan kamar mu terkunci dan bawa kunci nya selalu. Jangan tinggal kan kunci pada box depan kamar. Karena pas aku menginap disana, aku belum keluar sampai siang dan berada di dalam kamar, ada seseorang yang mencoba membuka kamar ku. Membuka kotak kunci yang ada di dalam kamar untuk mencari dimana kunci kamar berada. Itu cukup membuat ku panik dan was-was. Stay...
