I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this was beyond unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room felt dirty, the bathroom was grimy, and worst of all—there were ants crawling on the bed.

When we raised our concerns, the staff barely acknowledged the problem, offering nothing but a quick spray of air freshener as a "fix." Instead of addressing the issue, the owner refused to take responsibility and pressured us to cancel the booking ourselves—just to avoid penalties. With no assistance or alternatives, we were left scrambling for another hotel late at night on a holiday, when prices were high and rooms were scarce.

This wasn’t just bad service—it was blatant disregard for guests. If you care about cleanliness, honesty, or even basic hospitality, do yourself a favor and stay far away...

If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel is an absolute disgrace. The moment we walked into our room, we found ants crawling on the bed frame, cabinets, and even in the bathroom. When we brought it up to the staff, they casually sprayed bug spray and expected us to stay in the same infested room! After seeing the infestation grow worse, even their own staff admitted that we shouldn't stay there. But instead of helping us, the owner kicked us out at 11:30 PM, leaving us stranded on the street with our luggage. This was International Women’s Day, meaning hotels were more expensive and harder to book. They knew exactly what they were doing. Disgusting behaviour from a disgusting hotel. Avoid this place...
