Mia Hotel — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Extremely unprofessional, greedy and showed no respect for other people. We booked a room at this hotel via Agoda. A few hours before check-in time, they sent us a message saying that Agoda ran a promo without telling them, their normal price was double the Agoda's one (an interesting thing to hear) and they wouldn't give us the room. As the booking was non-refundable, I couldn't cancel and book another one so I asked them to cancel it from their end. Zero response. I contacted Agoda, who tried to get in touch with them via email, again no response. I waited on the phone as Agoda tried calling them for 20 minutes . They didn't pick up the phone. Agoda ended up giving me a refund so I could book elsewhere. Note that Agoda was willing to pay the difference in price so we could keep our booking but they couldn't do that without hearing from the hotel. Given how they went about not honouring the booking and nonexistent communication, I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here. However you're into having last-minute surprises and changing your plans on the spot, this place can offer you...

We spent five nights at Mia Hotel in Saigon, split into two stays. The hotel is well located on a quiet street near the city center, easily accessible by foot. The value for money is excellent. The rooms are quiet, well-equipped, and very clean. The bedding is top quality and everything is impeccably clean. The staff is friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist with any request. I want to thank the young employee who helped me renew my local phone plan this morning. The breakfasts are generous, although not as extensive as in larger international hotels, they are still very delicious. Overall, I highly recommend Mia Hotel if you find yourself in Ho Chi Minh...

We had a great stay here. All of the front office staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We missed our first night due to a flight cancellation and they were happy to hold the room and refund the first night - no hassles whatsoever.

Rooms are quite spacious, toilet is separated from shower unlike some other hotels we looked at. There is also a lift. Good pressure and hot water in showers, air-conditioning works well too. Daily housekeeping and always a smile when they see you.

Breakfast was a cheap addition for us and very yummy. Very pleased with this hotel, and would stay again! Amazing 5*, can't...
