The hotel simply exceeds all expectations and I can confidently say that this is the best hotel of those where we stayed (and we stayed in many places, from the USA to Europe): The hotel grounds are simply incredible. Entering the gates, you find yourself from the noisy streets of the city in a haven of peace, beauty and comfort. I would like to separately note the lobby, in the center of which there is a real living tree - it's a delight! The rooms are beautiful, cozy, clean and large. The bed is equipped with a comfortable mattress and snow-white, delicious-smelling linen. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: there are beautiful dishes, a coffee machine, wine glasses and even acoustics from Harman Kardon to listen to your favorite music. Shower accessories from Ritual The service is at the highest level - we were checked in ahead of time complimentarily, offering to drink coffee or soft drinks at the time of check-in. It is complimentary to give things to the laundry and ironing free of charge. The staff even walk you to the taxi, as if you were visiting old friends.

Exceptional Service & Memorable Stay

From the moment I arrived at President Maison, I felt truly cared for — largely thanks to my personal butler, Lucy. She was absolutely lovely, organising a huge bouquet of flowers, beautifully setting up my room, and even helping me plan a birthday surprise for my friend months in advance. She recommended cake options, reserved everything well ahead of time, and followed up before my trip to make sure the surprise went perfectly.

Lucy’s kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail were outstanding. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was the highest level of personalised service I have ever experienced. I also met Mini, who was equally friendly and welcoming during my stay.

The hotel itself is gorgeous — clean, secure, and in a fantastic location. The lobby is stunning for photos, the pool is perfectly temperature-regulated, and the overall atmosphere feels intimate and welcoming. I also appreciated the high level of security — you can’t get in or out without a room card.
