Every Half — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Every Half has many branch stores in Ho Chi Minh City, but after exploring several locations, I found the Vo Thi Sau branch to be the perfect choice for my family and me. The space is beautifully designed with plenty of greenery, creating a refreshing and tranquil atmosphere. Every morning visit feels like a retreat, leaving me energized, calm, and at peace. The service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who always greet customers with a smile and genuinely care about their experience.

That said, I’ve recently noticed longer waiting times, which can be frustrating. To enhance the customer experience, I suggest offering a glass of water to guests while they wait for the barista to prepare their coffee. This small gesture would make the waiting period more comfortable and enjoyable, leaving customers feeling valued...

This the kind of place you come to Saigon for. An open, rustic place to chill in your own little corner or socialise with friends making full use of Saigon's breezy 'dry' season. It seems like it's in a little village, when in reality it's just off a busy main road down a winding alley

The coffee is top tier. Premier League. World class. I went for the 'Bạc Xiu' and it set me back 60k VND. It was a shot of Robusta, with milk and condensed milk. Iced of course

I can think of no better place to come and spend a few hours drinking some of the best coffee that Vietnam has to offer with friendly young staff who all speak decent English and have excellent customer service

Its places like this that will one day push me to move to this city permanently....

The Every Half coffee shop is adorned with plenty of lush greenery. The courtyard is primarily filled with rare and exotic tropical plants, making it a cool spot to enjoy your drink on less hot days. There are also indoor areas with air conditioning and large tables, suitable for those who wish to bring a laptop here and work while still immersing themselves in a touch of nature.
