Vivianne Hotel — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Absolute disgrace. I booked this hotel with booking under the name "HANZ Vivianne hotel" only to arrive and see that they moved me to a different hotel. They showed me 3 different hotels, all below the standard of the room I ordered. After complaining, I was offered to upgrade to a better room at one of the hotels for extra money. This adventure took 2.5 hours until I got to a room which was also below the standard but it was the least worst option out of the four. I am sorry for the hotel manager because I felt he tried to help but the best solution for all of us was to upgrade my room in this hotel, and even though there was a better room available he asked me to pay more for that instead of upgrading me without charge as I deserve based on other hotel experiences. The manager explained me that it happened because of HANZ agency and it was a mistake. So after 2.5 hours I am in a different hotel, paying more because it was by card and everyone was in a rush to get it over with. I regret every moment I booked this hotel and absolutely would never consider...

This was a terrible experience. The price is too high for this hotel quality

the elevator makes a ring noise at your floor each time someone calls it the reception lady keeps the phone to max volume the cleaning ladies talk high in the morning when cleaning the corridor the room is not cleaned everyday the staff told me my laundry will be ready at 9am and I precised her that I had a flight at 3pm. They gave me back my laundry at 1:30 pm which made me almost miss my flight. The reception lady didn't care at all and laughed.
