ALE NHA TRANG HOTEL — Hotel in Nha Trang City

This hotel is newly launched in 2017 but it has terrible service! We stayed for 4 nights and when we arrived they expected us to leave cash deposit of $100 and when we said we don't have dollars and wouldn't do cash they asked us to withdraw from an atm which we declined. ||We then had a lovely room, no complaints there. The cleaners however are very loud when they clean in the corridor in the mornings. Multiple times they just entered our room to clean when we were still in bed and this was still very early. We would come back to the hotel and not have toilet roll, clean cups etc. ||Breakfast was poor, little variety and the cutlery and plates were filthy. One of the staff members saw us inspecting a plate that had oil smears and put it back, she looked at it and put it back with the other plates herself! One morning all I ate was watermelon because there was very little else I could eat. Another morning we decided to miss the breakfast altogether! ||All the hotel staff didn't engage in any conversation with us at all, they don't speak any English and give no eye contact whatsoever. We felt very unwelcomed. The staff look bored and they had the most shocking service and looked confused whenever we asked for something. I wouldn't recommend...

It’s a brand new hotel and it exactly like the photos, it is clean but not very comfortable as the beds were rock hard.|There was only one lady on reception who speaks English, everyone else can’t understand anything, most staff were friendly (except restaurant staff).|The breakfast was terrible with very minimal choice and restaurant staff were very rude.|It has a good location in Nha Trang.|The pool has an amazing view expect that it is only accessible by one elevator and then a staircase, the second elevator only goes to the floor below so you have to climb a flight of stairs then the pool staircase to get to it.|Rooms were EXTREMELY noisy, there’s is absolutely no sound proofing at all, you could here people talking from floors above and below, we couldn’t sleep because of it.|They only supplied one roll of toilet paper the entire time we were there, we had to call to ask for more several times.|Worst of all we booked a car to take us to the airport and it was late which almost made us miss our flight, so if you are booking a car service through this hotel allow at least an extra few hours for it to even rock up or play it safe and hail a taxi.|Very slow elevators.|Overall I...
