Blu-One — Hotel in Nha Trang City

I had totally 3 nights at this apartment for 2 calls. The first one that I had liked the standard one with one bedroom and the second one was deluxe which is a litter bit bigger and nicer because it has 2 windows. ||- Location: 9/10: It is right at the center which easy to get to every places, close to the beach shore that take abt 3mins walking and easy to get any stuff from convenient stores that is close to it,||- Cleaning: 7/10: Still dusty at some stuff like telephone (I guest they doesn't clean it normally )||- Services: hummm... abt 6/10: the only lady with a short hair that was friendly and helpful with us I think she is Owner, that the reason why I give them 6 instead of 2 :) the other one seemed to be not so friendly. Specially, when I asked them abt some nice location for BUN CHA CA (their famous local food) and she said that she didn't know :D so I asked Mr. Google. The Deluxe apartment that we had had no hot water and water as well. Both of them locate in the 4th floor (they have 5 levels in total) and water pressure is extremely weak!!! At the first day, I took a shower with a cold water and weak pressure :), I had asked the receptionist before and he could not fix anythings so...., In the next morning, we had no water, haizzzzz. After coming back a day trip, The lady with a short hair met us at front desk and said that everything had been fixed, we came to the room and nothing happened. But at least, She - on her formal suit, came to the room and tried herself with the shower head and immediately asked for IT man to come and fix it again for us.||Price: 8/10||Come back or not: May be NOT! To compare to the other ones that same price, I think you will have more better options for your holiday...

Caveat: comments here refer to the four bed Villa not the main residences. ||Too start with the four bed apartment is entirely separate from the main hotel. In fact it is several minutes walk away, something which was not clear when we booked it. No matter the Villa was a separate house on a side street - a positive. The Villa is spacious, which is useful for leave groups and families. An early warning sign however was our orientation which consisted solely​ of 'this is how you open the door' surprisingly brief for such a large place with a range of facilities. The Villa has what could be kindly described as rough edges: a shower that leaks through the ceiling to the living room, A door on a second shower that does not close fully, the air conditioner in the living room barely functions (put it on 16C and full fan and a trickle of slightly cool air slowly emerges) and a clothes drying rack that resembles a child's attempt at sculpture (also placed in such a way it gets rained on). We did make short comings known to Blu One so hopefully problems will be resolved. However I thought pertinent to comment on them as the level of care shown but the orientation and cleaning indicate otherwise: cleaning/housekeeping was not sufficient for the Villa and we found floors dirty, things such as playing cards and spoons behind cushions. The place had a general musty smell indicating the Villa has not been aired in sometime. I would also expect dishes to be washed in a serviced apartment, something else missed. ||Too summarise if you want a very basic large and Central Villa this is for you. My Partner had booked this due to the cheap price, location and we weren’t sure if her parents and brother were staying with us however it only ended up being just our family of 5. It’s actually located a few minutes from the actual Hotel which wasn’t a problem. The Villa features 3 levels with a loungeroom, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and then 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the other 2 levels. The space was great and but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it for a family with young children, we were constantly having to distract our 16 month old from the 3 flights of marble stairs. The villa was also run down and I personally didn’t find it overly clean so I was pleased that we really didn’t spend much time in it. For a group of friends that just want to party etc I think it’s well suited but not for families. We did find the reception staff...
