Legend Sea not so much of a legend.

Greeted with the porter coming out to car then walking inside without helping with baggage….no help at all.

The manager ( blue shirt) has no people manner and is quite rude. I waited for her right infront of her and she was ignoring me and doing an online booking. I waited 5 mins before saying “excuse can you serve me!?”

Hotel cleaning service is bad. Attached are a few photos of our “ clean” room.

When we first arrived there was still coffee spilt on the bench of the kettle area and toothpaste and spit marks on the outside of the sink in bathroom. When asked- they did come and clean it. The surfaces should be clean when people check out. That’s a basic level service.

The cups used in room are just rinsed with water and put back- don’t be fooled thinking they are cleaned.

The beds look like they have been made by a 6 year old. In fact I couldn’t believe one day when the bed was half made and apparently quite amusing to reception staff- see photo.

The sheets still have marks on them. Our bed linen was changed and then we had what looked like chocolate marks on the top and with the basic lack of cleaning I wouldn’t be surprised if they were not even cleaned on the first place.

Even the glass sliding doors looked as if it was a window of a daycare that kids wiped their dirty hands on. No surfaces were cleaned. Yuck. It left us feeling uncomfortable.

When we used the pool- there were no pool towels.

We had 2 room towels for 4 people and when I asked for two more they got taken away when they “cleaned” the next day. One day at 2pm I asked for towels as we had used the other 2 on four of us the night before and reused in the morning. They were bought up as house keeping hadn’t been and we were told to go down to reception next time if we want clean towels. Go figure seems there is a towel issue at this hotel? 🫣

The common areas of the hotel smell like rubbish and durian - maybe they are not using extract fans.

The positive is the position and The buffet was yum ( the first day) . It had a nice selection of food( the first day) and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

This was a disappointing stay . After being away one month in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam this was the worst serviced place we have been at for the price. Shame. Even check out we were told to wait in lobby ( not air conditioned) while they checked the room. 20 min later we were only ones in there and decided to ask what’s going on and they said it’s fine. So just decided not to tell us is was ok. The worst service we have had...

We stayed for 3 nights as part of a 3 week trip around Vietnam.||The hotel reception is very well presented with fresh flowers. The receptionist was very helpful upon check in.||We booked the “club luxury with ocean view” room. Overall, it was okay. The room could do with minor cosmetic updating as it was a bit tired around the edges (needs re-siliconing around the bath and marks on the walls). The bed was clean and comfortable. The view was nice with the big curved floor-to-ceiling window. ||Unfortunately there was an empty cigarette packet and numerous cigarette butts on the balcony (we do not smoke so we assume this was from a previous guest). The bathroom had a bad odour which we could not figure out where it was coming from but it smelt like a human body odour and was not very pleasant. The towels were also quite thin, tired and some we received were quite frayed. There was however, shampoo, body wash, bar of soap and little toiletries provided.||Breakfast was included with our stay and it was okay. We went out for breakfast on one morning but the two occasions we had breakfast in the hotel (at very different times of the morning) we found the selection okay, quality quite average and on one of the mornings quite sparse (around 9am). ||The pool area is very tired looking but good for cooling off in.||The numerous reception team were always very friendly...

Friends recommended this hotel to me (family, mum, dad and 9 year old) and I was a touch apprehensive as a three day stay was only a touch over GBP20 per day.|However, our room was made available at 13.00 and I was most pleased with the standard of the room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the room size sufficient, with a small balcony, and the bathroom fitted to a fairly high standard.|The breakfast, at first look, wasn't too impressive because, as a Brit (albeit I haven't lived there for forty years) I still yearn for a greasy Joe's, but when I realized I was the only non-Russian in the hotel, I jelled in to the cold meats, cheese, pate and salads (with olives and gerkins to kill for) and thoroughly enjoyed my four assorted breakfast plates.|The swimming pool, though small, is on the top floor and immaculately clean.|The hotel is 100m from the beach.|The cellar provides safe storage if you're on a motorbike (as we were).|The reception are helpful.|The room service seemed fast and efficient.|In all, no cons here.|Would I come back?|If i wanted an inexpensive hotel, a...
