Brandi Nha Trang Hotel — Hotel in Nha Trang City

Where do I start, rude unhelpful staff, that only said no to everything! We booked a suite and got a standard room! Wen we asked to have a suite NO, your room is a suite (picture provided) asked for an iron got a NO! Is there an one in the hotel we can have later NO! so there's not an iron in the hotel NO! We have a kettle in the room can we have cups please NO! So you do give cups NO! So we went and brought our own cups and spoon (Picture provided) room cleaning was making the bed only they never clean our cups or bathroom, wen we asked if this could be done properly, guess what we got a NO! ||This was the best one ever, got back from beach at 6pm, again bed made nothing else done dirty cups by the side of the bed, go into the bathroom and no toilet paper, yep no toilet paper, went down to reception and ask for toilet paper and guess what, got a big fat NO!! Was told housekeeping go at 5pm, so again we went and brought our own (picture provided) this was on our third day of 7nights, to which we had suffered children slamming doors on our floor, at 6am then at 7am construction site across the road kango starts all day till 6pm, then a strange man at 7.30am|While me n my partner are naked, let's himself into our room with his key!!||Then wen we return that night, we return our towels to reception we hired, to the lady asking for us to pay for our hotel stay! To which I replied it been paid by the company we booked through, Guess what she said NO! You need to pay, so I return to my room that again had not be cleaned, and took our voucher to the desk that clearly state, travel agent will pay bearer! She said No you need to pay! ||With this I then told her its the worst hotel we have ever stay in! She replied "thank you so much I'm pleased it's the worst hotel, is it really the worst, thank you so much" probably the most polite she been the whole time!||With this I returned to my room with 4 nights remaining packed our stuff and moved to a 5 star hotel down the road, (review on that one to follow its amazing)||So this is rated a 3 star hotel, it should be a -1 star.||I really thought a camera crew where going to jump out at anytime as a joke or set up for a TV program lol.|| Please stay away pay the extra £20 a night for a better hotel it's...

Заселялись в этот отель на сутки перед вылетом, так как изначально отдыхали в другом городе.||По первому впечатление отель показался лучше, чем тот в котором жили до этого. Современный вид, приветливый персонал. Но как выяснилось позже это только обертка.||||Что понравилось:||||1. На ресепе наши чемоданы подхватил специальный человек в форме отеля, проводил нас в номер. Показал что и где находится, что платно, что бесплатно.||2. Большой балкон со столиком и стульями с которого видно море (к слову в соседнем номере балкон оказался метр на метр)||3. Достаточно удобные кровати.||4. Вкусный завтрак в кафе на крыше.||||||Что не понравилось:||||1. Одновременно с нами на этаж заселялась еще одна пара и их вообще проигнорировали. Ткнули пальцем в сторону номера и забыли.||2. Слабо работающий кондиционер (можно считать, что вообще на работающий, потому что с балкона тянуло куда прохладней, чем с этого динозавра). Учитывая, что в Нячанге большая влажность, это было ужасно.||3. Слишком упругие, совершенно неудобные подушки. Ощущение будто спишь на резиновом мячике. Проснулась среди ночи от того, что устала шея, выкинула подушку и сразу все прошло.||4. При учете, что выселение строго до 12.00, а самолет у нас был поздно вечером, не помешала бы какая-то камера хранения. При заселении гид говорил об этом, но по факту чемоданы стояли целый день возле ресепшена. ||5. Вывеску отеля практически невозможно разглядеть с улицы. Ее закрывают деревья, подъезжающие автобусы, расположенные рядом вывески магазинов. К тому же, сам отель расположен на втором этаже, туда ведет закругляющаяся лестница, воткнутая между двумя магазинами. Пока гуляли вечером и после выселения несколько раз проходили мимо, пока не догадались ориентироваться по отелю, расположенному напротив.||6. Вышеназванная лестница. Взбираться по ней с тяжелыми чемоданами то еще развлечение.Никакого пандуса или любого другого приспособления облегчающего задачу нет.||7. Дурацкая система тумблеров. Щелкнул какой-нибудь один - будь готов к тому, что у тебя не включится свет в туалете, настольная лампа или телевизор. При этом если включаешь верхний свет, то все работает. Вечером не влючался ночник, потыкали тумблеры возле него, ничего не сработало и забыли. А утром играли в увлекательную головоломку как вернуть электричество к...

Wifi in this hotel is terrible, in 2020, the network could not even access Facebook.
