Happy Home Hotel — Hotel in Nha Trang City

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, DO NOT RECOMMOND We booked the hotel for a week. The owner kicked us out on 3rd day at 3am in the morning because we reached hotel at 1am. She said its not a good practice to reach her hotel late. Can you believe that? We reached hotel at 1am and she locked the entrance. We were constantly ringing the bell and calling her but she didn't budge. After 2 hours, her neighbors called her and then she opened the door and asked us to leave immediately. We couldn't find another hotel at night since the city was packed due to new year celebration. Online hotel booking apps were not letting us book anything since the check-in date/time has passed. We had a lot of luggage and no vehicle to commute in the city. It was such an inconvenience and she did not even refund us the charges we paid. Not only this, she was not letting us pick our luggage which is beyond my understanding. For the period we stayed, the hotel authorities do not clean the room/change sheets regularly and you are supposed to take care of that yourself. I would never...

I came to the hotel and they said that they cancelled my booking the day before ???? Who does that ?? that they had sent a message to me but they didn’t. I didn’t receive anything either on Agoda or WhatsApp and they didn’t cancel my booking on Agoda neither. Why they didn’t cancel my booking on Agoda ? I would have received an email. I would have saw but nothings I had to book another hotel at the last minute, more expensive and far from this hotel. Very unprofessional.
