Check-in? Pure chaos. They want cash upfront. No card, no app, no IOU written on a napkin. Just cash. So you end up on a sweaty scavenger hunt for an ATM that bleeds you in fees faster than a vampire at a blood bank. By the time you return, you’ve basically completed the hotel’s complimentary cardio program.

English? Limited. Not great, not awful. Let’s just say Shakespeare won’t be reborn here anytime soon, but with some effort, smiles, and Google Translate, you’ll get what you need. More “awkward sitcom misunderstandings” than total silence. Manageable.

Then came the identity crisis. Because I’m white, I was instantly promoted to “Russian.” Apparently, the hotel’s world map is just one big chunk labeled “Motherland.” No questions asked. Pale skin = vodka enthusiast.

But the room? Genuinely good. Spacious, clean, tidy, with a bathroom big enough to avoid elbowing the walls. The bed was comfy, and the view overlooked the street and buildings, which at night actually looked neat—like a discount Blade Runner screensaver with extra neon.

Breakfast? Full Vietnamese spread. Not my personal favorite, but I can’t deny the effort. You’ve got soups, rice, noodles, eggs, fruit, and cakes. Plenty of choice, enough to fuel either a marathon or just a lazy scroll through Instagram.

Final score: despite ATM sprints, language gymnastics, and being accidentally drafted into Team Russia, the spacious, clean room and legit breakfast make up for it....

Hotel located in town centre. Have many shops and restaurants on both sides of the road. We need to take stairs to the lobby, which is difficult for disabled and elderly people. Mình vừa có dịp lưu trú 3 ngày 2 đêm tại Moonlight Hotel Nha Trang và khá hài lòng với trải nghiệm tại đây. Khách sạn nằm trên đường Nguyễn Thiện Thuật – ngay trung tâm thành phố, cách biển chỉ khoảng 5 phút đi bộ, rất tiện cho việc di chuyển và khám phá khu phố Tây sôi động. Phòng mình ở là loại Superior, nội thất không quá mới nhưng được giữ gìn sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ. Điểm cộng là phòng cách âm tốt, máy lạnh hoạt động ổn định và có cả két sắt, máy sấy tóc. Wifi trong phòng mạnh, không bị gián đoạn. Bữa sáng buffet không quá phong phú nhưng đủ món cơ bản (cháo, mì xào, bánh mì, trứng, trái cây...), phục vụ chu đáo. Nhân viên lễ tân và nhà hàng thân thiện, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. Hồ bơi trên tầng cao tuy nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ, phù hợp để thư giãn nhẹ nhàng. Khách sạn cũng có dịch vụ thuê xe máy, tour đảo và hỗ trợ đưa đón sân bay (có tính phí). Tổng thể mình khá hài lòng với kỳ nghỉ lưu trú ở đây, nếu có dịp mình sẽ...
